Resolved Paging ktk8 - Unhappily Resolved via sale

I purchased a Minifee Liria with Moe body via layaway. The transaction with ktk8 went perfectly. I received the doll and it was fine. Then I noticed it was missing the COA that she stated it will come with. I messaged her and she said she found it among some papers she had around and will mail it right away. She notified me when she did mail it out. That was January 18th if this year. I gave her time as she is in Australia and I am in Hawaii. I messaged her twice this week to inquire as to where it is as I have not received it. I have yet to receive a response. I am hoping someone can help me with this matter.

 

Hi. She hasn’t replied to me at all. But I sold the Minifee head that needed the COA from her without it. Thank you.
