Resolved Paging gruftschatten

@gruftschatten sent me a convo about a MNF head she had for sale on March 18th, and after some clarifications on the head, payment was made later on the same day.

She had been very quick to respond to questions and also with confirming payment. She had informed me that the head will be shipped on Monday, March 20, with a tracking number.

Monday came and there were no messages from her so I send her another convo on March 21, March 23, and today, March 24. I have also attempted to contact her via her Paypal email address to no avail. Due to the fact that she was really quick at replying previously, I'm getting increasingly worried. I hope she's okay!

 

Still nothing from gruftschatten. I've looked around and found her Facebook profile and have also tried to reach her there on March 26th. I've also sent her a message on Flickr.

I'd like to avoid opening a paypal dispute if possible; they have good feedback here and it's possible that something may have cropped up, so I'll see if she responds soon. If not, I may have also found her phone number so I'll give her a call next week on April 2nd as a last resort.

 

The head have been delivered today in good condition. There is still no contact from gruftschatten, but I consider this resolved.

 

Quick update, she has responded on Facebook. Apparently, she's been having some issues with DoA which explains her absence. We can close this thread and remove the paging status for her now.
