I never thought I would ever have to make a thread here for what has to be one of the worst things to happen as an owner but unfortunately, it seems I have to...

I contacted Gockt months ago about one of her free Faceup slots to repaint my Dream of Doll Tender Elf Sha and after a little exchange, sent him out to her. He arrived to her around July and once picked up, she told me she sprayed him and we talked a little about the MSC having a mild reaction on his face but otherwise she left me with the impression that since I gave the ok to continue, she would keep working on him.

The last time I heard from her was July 19th and I figured since it was Summer, I expected a little wait due to weather and other personal constraints. However, I have yet to get any update since and having seen another user list the doll they sent to her as Missing/Stolen, I am very concerned about what has happened to my Tender elf Sha. Gockt also hasn't been online for 6 weeks which also fuels my worry. I sent a message on Thursday asking for an update and have yet to receive a response or notice she looked at it.

At this point, I am no longer interested in the faceup and would like to have him sent home Immediately. I will send the payment to have him shipped back but please just send him home.

 

Figured I would update this and mention the only other person I know involved sadly did this transaction off DOA so they can't report it here but they too have had no luck contacting Gockt since they vanished.

Some helpful users have informed me she has been going through some irl stuff but I'm still concerned about neither of us getting even one message about what was going on from her. People are trying to help me reach her irl off-site so I will keep this updated if I hear anything more.

 

I actually meant to update this. But yes, that is the person I talked to. Someone on Instagram has managed to get a hold of Gockt for me and is working to try and reunite the head to me. Sadly, Canada Post is on strike so he can't be sent yet.

However, I wish to keep this thread open until he is returned in my hands.

 

I figured I should update this real quick but I sadly still haven't heard back personally and still waiting for the head to be returned. I do not know the status of the strike and it's also holiday season so I do not mind waiting until this has passed but I am hoping to hear something soon.

 

Communication has outright stopped and despite asking twice from the person who was supposedly in touch with Gockt, I have yet to receive any sort of shipping notice or update on returning my head.

Gockt has refused to message me personally throughout this entire ordeal and I find it highly unprofessional since they have been posting on occasion on other sites. I want it to be known here that I am demanding my head to be returned Immediately. Respond to me personally and I would appreciate if anyone knew another way to get a hold of her. It's obvious she has no desire to return here and I am over this.

I have been beyond understanding and patient, giving you months to respond and to ship it out but it's almost February.

 

Sadly I do not. I haven't received a reply from Gockt since the start and she still has my head to this day.

 

I hope it is ok to do this but I am now convinced this has escalated to a theft case as I have made numerous attempts to reach out to Gockt's different accounts off-site for communication and a shipping notice. She has decided to ignore and not reply to a single one so I wish to have it known this is now being pursued as a theft case and I have posted about it in the Missing/Stolen BJD thread. Mods if this isn't allowed, please let me know! I'm new to dealing with such a situation and I'm trying to cover all of my bases with no ounce of contact from Gockt.

 

Adding another small update which isn't much but other users offsite are trying to help me get in contact with Gockt with no avail. She is actively ignoring everyone and still posting content offsite without acknowledging she has essentially stolen my doll head at this point. Mods, I really don't think she has any intent to return here to acknowledge this thread so I'm a bit at a loss on what to do with this thread at the moment.

It'll be a year she's had my Tender Elf Sha in a few weeks.

 

Update!: I was just given a tracking number by someone who was originally helping me get into contact with Gockt. Estimated arrival of this package is on Saturday so until I have the package in hand, I'd like to keep this thread open.

 

The package finally arrived and I'm happy to say my Tender Elf Sha is finally home. However, I have to admit I am still beyond disappointed that throughout all of this, Gockt never messaged me ONCE personally and even in the package, didn't leave a note or letter. She did throw in 2 gifts and while I appreciate that, I would've much rather had her word at least acknowledging that she was sorry for taking so long.

For that reason alone and due to having to involve people outside of the transaction to even get to this point, Mods I'd like to close this as Unhappily Resolved. I really hope things improve for Gockt.
