Resolved Paging Fumiko

    1. I purchased a Lati Yellow Crocodile Haru from Fumiko on 12/9/2017 it was mailed a few days later. I contacted her last week as tracking had not updated in a few weeks and just kind of wanted to check in to see if this was normal I understand it is a busy time of year for the post but I have had three other packages ship from in/around Europe since buying Haru and they had all already arrived.

      Tracking went from departing Germany to out for delivery on Saturday. Doll arrived, box felt really light and three of the four corners of the box were partially ripped. The box was really lightweight and flimsy and was inadequate packaging, the doll arrived damage. When she arrived her head was no longer attached to the body, there is now either a scratch or a dent on her torso as well as a rub in her blush

      This is exactly as the doll was when I lifted the top pillow.

      I believe the face protector had been attached with the tape at one point but it was no longer attached when received.

      Comparison with one of my other Lati that indentation is not normal.

      I sent two messages on Saturday (there were too many images for one message) which appear to have been read almost immediately afterwards but have received no reply from Fumiko. All other messages had been replied to very promptly.

      I would prefer to have a partial refund to be able to fund repairing the doll rather than returning it.
