Negative Feedback Paging DromosMata

@DromosMata joined my Winter Holiday Treat Swap, but has stopped communication, did not ship the swap gift in time, and has not responded to my PM, tags or email.

Timeline:
-August 28- I set up the swap thread, rules and forms. The rules stated:

-September 6 - DromosMata submitted the form to me to join the swap, and I approved it.
-September 7 - DromosMata posted their doll's info in the swap thread.
-September 11- Partners were assigned. The same day, DromosMata contacted me, asking a question about their partner's doll. I replied the same day.
-September 13 - DromosMata confirmed that they got the message. This was my last contact with them at all.
-November 16 - I post in the thread, reminding everyone that we have 16 days left before the shipping deadline, and to contact me if there are issues.

-November 17 - This was a secret swap, and I was the person making a gift for DromosMata. I shipped the gift this day.
-November 20 - USPS Tracking shows the gift was delivered at 2:16pm.
-November 27 - I posted another update to remind everyone to ship by December 2, and update when they receive their gifts..

-November 30 - I tagged everyone in the swap in a final update/reminder to ship.
-December 2- This is the deadline, and I either have tracking numbers or contact from everyone else. I posted one last request in the thread for contact. Around midnight, I sent a PM to DromosMata.

-December 3- I waited 24 hours and did not get a reply. I also noticed they had not been on DoA for three weeks, so I sent them a message via the email they gave me in the swap form for an alternate form of contact.

I did not get a reply.
-December 6 - Opened the paging thread.

Before welcoming DromosMata to the swap, I did check feedback and things looked good. At the beginning of the swap, everything seemed to be just fine. Because they have been around for awhile, and there has been no sign of them at all for weeks, I'm very concerned about them, and also that their partner may not receive something equal to what she put into the swap. The idea of the firm deadline was to make sure everyone got their gifts in time for their chosen holiday.

Resolution:
At this point, I need to hear from DromosMata. I need a tracking number for their partner's swap gifts, confirmation that their gift arrived, and for them to post photos in the Holiday Treat Swap gallery thread.

I am just updating that I still have not heard from DromosMata, and their partner has not received a gift from them.

Their partner chose Winter Solstice as their main holiday, which is this Thursday, December 21, and a touch of Christmas would be okay as well. I have sent an angel gift to her to guarantee that she did get something for her doll in time for her chosen holiday, and she has received it.

All other participants have sent and received their gifts.

Mods-- If DromosMata's partner has not received an appropriate swap gift and I have not heard from them by Christmas Day, may I change this thread from Paging to Flaky Feedback? Also, at what point may I close the Swap thread? Everything else in the swap is completed. Thank you.

 

Both Winter Solstice and Christmas have now passed, I have not heard from DromosMata via DoA or email and their partner did not receive a swap gift from them. One of the other swap participants and I worked together to send their partner a replacement gift, so she was not left out. At this point, the rest of the swap is complete and I would like to close my swap thread and change this thread from Paging to Flaky Feedback.
