Negative Feedback paging @crisnoel - Unresolved

Hello!
I am just wanting to page @CrisNoel who I have been trying to contact for 5 weeks regarding postage of a SWITCH seoha head.
The head was paid off via layaway from July last year to January 2017.
My postal was provided Jan 27. The item hasn't arrived and I did not receive a message confirming postage.
I've sent two messages to her inbox here Feb 12 and 25 and I emailed her paypal email address this week.
So I am just wanting to page here incase her inbox is full, or if she's unwell and if someone is in touch with her.

Update: it's been 2 weeks since this thread was made and so far no reply or sign of the head in the post.
Crisnoel still hasn't logged in though, so it's now been 7 weeks since they've been online

Thank you! I've just tried messaging her through the new paypal function. I'll see if that helps, and failing that I'll contact her Flickr.
I tried emailing her paypal email direct without any luck.

 

This week I tried contacting @CrisNoel through the paypal dispute function and have just messaged her flickr.
Crisnoel still hasn't logged on to DoA yet.
Any advice at this point would be appreciated, I can only put in one paypal dispute claim as this was a layaway.

 

Another update
Unfortunately @CrisNoel has not responded to the PayPal dispute and as a result I was issued a refund for that layaway instalment.
I am still at a $200 loss.
I'm pretty concerned as Chris hasn't been on DoA for 11 weeks now

 

Hello again! So, @CrisNoel hasn't been online for 37 weeks and hasn't responded to my emails. So now I will have to leave negative feedback. :-(
