Resolved Paging creciableu

I purchased a Soom Cass head from creciableu on July 12th; creciableu stated on July 24th that they hoped to send it the next day (the 25th) and planned to give me the tracking number then, but has not contacted me since then or replied to subsequent DoA messages. On July 29th Paypal told me a shipping label has been made for the purchase; however, the tracking number has not updated following the "Shipping Label Created" step, so the package has not yet been sent/taken to the post office.

I would just like to make sure everything is alright with creciableu and know when I can expect the head shipped. Creciableu has great feedback, so i just want to make sure everything is ok.

 

Update, looks like the head has been shipped, awesome! I hope to have it soon, at which point i'll mark this resolved.
