I bought an Iplehouse Baron fantasy head on the MP.

When doing the deal. I asked for a copy of the COA. The seller agreed. I made payment for it immediately and reminded her to please remember to include a copy. Everything was going fine. She shipped quickly. Head arrived last Monday and unfortunately, no copy of the COA. So I pmed her that night/tuesday early morning letting her know. No response even tho she came in to the board to mark a MP thread sold sometime after I had sent it. Okay. She might have missed it. Waited a couple of days more and I wrote her again on Thursday for the copy. Nothing. She was on again yesterday about an hour or so ago, No response to my pms. I sent her a third one last night asking to resolve it between us and if I didn't hear from her I would have no choice but to get the board involved. Nothing so far.

This is a little upsetting. When we were doing the transaction. She answered me promptly every time, and now having her come on and not answering me at all, when several items are being marked sold, (so she had to have been checking her pms), all I can think is that my messages are being ignored. The Coa was part of our mutual agreement.

I asked if the head was still available, I wanted to buy him. She said the head was still available, and asked if I needed layaway, I answered her that no, I didn't and asked for a copy of the COA. You can see below our post in that regards.



. The seller is clouds_inside. She seems nice, promptly answered me when I inquired is the head was available and wanting to buy the head. It seem like a pleasant transaction until the end when I have been completely dismissed in trying to get the COA.

I rather had worked this out between us than putting it out for the public, but since three of my pms asking for the Fantasy Baron COA have been completely ignored, I had no choice but to put it here to see if she will then respond and complete what we had agreed on.

I think most of us will agree that now days having a COA or a copy of a COA in splits, is not only prudent but also something important and smart to have. I"m not questioning that the head is legit but for the future, it proves my item is legit if ever questioned or asked for.
