Unresolved Paging BrilliantlyBlonde

    1. I am in a split with @BrilliantlyBlonde for a Souldoll Centaur on a 6 month layaway. The last time I heard from her was February 7th. I messaged her Friday, April 29th and no reply. I would like a response please as to what is going on with our order.
       
    2. @BrilliantlyBlonde was last on the forum April 3, 2016 and is now being paged. Please keep this thread updated.
       
    3. Sorry it has been a mess since I came back. But I am not able to complete the layaway as I am jobless right now. I will be refunding your payments a little at a time if you are alright with that pacificblue.
       
    4. I would like a response to the PM I've sent you concerning the status of the layaway, how much of the order has been paid, as well as how long has it been since a payment or contact with Souldoll.

    6. I emailed @BrilliantlyBlonde via her personal email on May 7th. I did not get a response until June 2nd with her saying the following:

      Now I have heard from member @Gibbaba that @BrilliantlyBlonde sold her a portion of the split items (the outfit) that I had agreed to purchase. No response from Keira since the 7th of June.

    8. New update~

      In the past 24 hours, I've managed to contact BrilliantlyBlonde's friend through email. Long story short she says she's taking over the split while @BrilliantlyBlonde works on her job issue, and it should be paid off sometime in September. Below are the back and forth emails between us, starting with when she first started replying to my messages.

      Do excise my typing I've been drinking tonight but I made souldoll respond to Keira email for me since I have internet. Bit she is able to pay everything off Seotmever 18th, once she has a job that has been pronomced to her.

      I am making it sent to me in New zeland, so I know everything has been payed for and taking over everything once she has payed fornotnsince I do have internet. It is easier to contact though me as well. If you could update what I supspect is a paying thread that would be awesome :)

      There's no paying thread that I'm aware of, but I'll update the updates/news thread with what you said :)

      As for payments, myself and another girl have completed our payments so the rest is up to Keira. (the other girl may have been short $100 but there seems to be a mixup about who purchased the outfit. Could you clear this up? Or did Keira order 2 outfits?)

      Also, do you know if Souldoll was alright with the extended layaway? I just want to make sure everything is officially on the go before getting anyone's hopes up.

    9. Progress update / lack there of...

      I emailed BrilliantlyBlonde and her friend on July 27 asking for an update, but there was no reply. So I sent another email today, hoping there will be some sort of update.

      Emailed both @BrilliantlyBlonde and her friend again today. Still no reply. :(
       
    11. Looks like I spoke a little too soon. I received a reply email update, but it's more of an update letting me know that I'll be updated.

      Hopefully better news will come soon.
       
    12. September UN-update

      Emailed @BrilliantlyBlonde and her friend asking for an update since no update was provided after the email updating me that there would be an update (sadly that update email never arrived).

      Since my recent email was just sent only 5-10 minutes ago I don't expect a reply anytime soon, but in previous emails I was told the doll would be fully paid off on September 18th (which has come and gone). Sadly, I don't have any faith that any of this is true at this point, but I'll keep on truckin' until there are no fumes left in me :thumbup

      Hopefully, more updates to come...

      Yes it was payee but paypal put it as a echeck and it won't clear till the 27th
       
    14. October UN-update

      I sent an email on September 22 asking to be updated once the echeck cleared, but no word. So today (October 18) I emailed BB and her friend again. Email sent is pasted below.

    15. The word is that the doll will be shipped to BB's friend around the end of the month.

      So I got the doll today, can I get your shipping address for a quote I'll get this weekend?
      Also I can't get into my email or Do a account could you get the other person to contact me?

    18. Hi @hobbywhelmed! So sorry I had not seen your post. BB's friend has been in contact with me and Gibbaba to resolve the situation. She had taken over responsibility for the doll and sending the parts to us. The last I heard from her though was after Christmas and nothing since then.

      I have to say that I am extremely frustrated and unhappy about how BrilliantlyBlonde has handled this situation. Her lack of communication and dishonesty about her situation leaves me unwilling to ever deal with her again. She also tried to get funds from me and @Gibbaba for the same outfit.

      I will make an update as soon as I hear from the friend.
