Resolved Paging Beloveda

    1. I don't want to do this but this is the last option I have. She painted alot of my dolls before and I can only say good about her and her work. There was never a single problem before this.

      On January the 12th I sent Beloveda three heads for a faceup commission. A blank IOS Infernale, my (previously painted by her) Infernale for reference and an IOS Anarmonia head. Box was tracked and fully insured. I messaged her with the tracking number telling her that my package is on it's way.

      On January 17th she wrote a quick response saying that she's a bit busy but will check on my package.

      Days went by with no communication, I checked tracking and it said that the package was in storage at her post office because no one claimed it. It said she had 30 days to claim it before they decided what to do with it. (Here I am not sure if they would have sent it back or whatever because I couldn't get any informations)

      I went and emailed her, letting her know that my package arrived at her post office and asking her to go collect it. This was on the 5th of February. Still no response to any of my messages.

      On the 25th she wrote a message telling me that she had some personal issues and that she's very sorry for not responding but she collected my package at her post office on the last day.

      I told her that I am not in a hurry but that I need some kind of communication since these heads are very dear to me. I also wrote her an email with the faceup description and asked if she got it.

      Again weeks of silence. On the 15th of March she replied a single sentence, saying she got my email and that she is sorry for not answering.

      I told her that I need her to communicate with me. I don't care if my faceups take some time as long as there is communication and I'm a very patient person. I also gave her the option to just send the heads back - of course I would pay shipping.
      No response to this, so on the 17th I wrote another message asking her to tell me how we want to proceed. Again nothing.

      Today I messaged her again, no response so far.

      So at this point I really only want my heads back. Please get in touch with me if you read this @belovedA I want my heads back ASAP. Tell me what I need to pay for insured EMS shipping and where to send the money. I don't want to wait any longer since this is stressing and worrying me to the max. No matter what kind of personal issues you might have, I really hope it solves for you but it's not okay to leave me all worried and ignore my messages until I have no other option left than opening this thread here.

    3. I'm also joing this thread since my dolls have been with beloveda for the longest time and she has not responded to any of my PMs since Feb 25th 2017.

      I don't have the exact dates since Instagram does not record the dates.
      But on 26th Dec, Beloveda posted the photo of my IH Leonard on Instagram.
      On the 4th Jan, She posted the photos of my Switch Seolrok.

      9th Jan: I asked when she could ship my dolls back, and she said next week.
      28th Jan, she told me she is waiting for the carrier.

      Since then, I have contacted her various times and she finally replied on Feb 25th saying she has been out of the hobby due to a hard family situation and will offer the carrier for tomorrow evening's service. I have not heard from her since then. I would really just want my dolls back by now. She has gone for more than a month without any updates and yet she is posting on instagram. I think it is really unfair since my dolls are all in her hands. Please ship me back my dolls!

    5. Beloveda contacted me today and she posted my heads at her post office this morning. I got a tracking number too.I hope they arrive quick. will keep this thread updated.
       
    6. I'm sorry for putting you, Darkling, and another clients in stress. I've had a difficult family and life situation during past two months, and I'm deeply sorry that it has affected all the sides of my life and work. It's my fault in loosing control under my time management. I've shipped the parcel today and I hope it to arrive home soon!
       
    7. I am posting this as I have yet to hear back from @belovedA for a pair of heads she has of mine for faceups. She has had them since the end of last year. I sent payment to her on the 5th of April and have yet to hear back from her confirming payment and when she may be sending the heads out. I have messaged her a number of times with no reply.
       
    8. I collected my box from customs today, everything was in the exact same condition I sent it and the heads were very well wrapped. I consider this transaction as finished and done with for my part.

    10. Received a message from belovedA that my items were going out last Friday. No updates or tracking since then. I will keep you posted.
       
    11. Received my heads back and everything is in order. No updates from @belovedA . They just showed up at the post office. I'm satisfied with the return of my heads as well as the work she did on them.

      I offer the deepest apologies for all the clients that become a victims of my harsh life period. Also, I express my great gratitude to ones who was patient and understanding. I hope you will like your dolls and my work with them!
      It was my first big incident in my work and I'm deeply apologizing for all the mess I was stucking too. I'm ashamed with this experience and feel no moral right to continue using this forum as a working space.
