Agreed, and bumping so other people who havent received items/refunds can PM Sinful Resin their details if they missed this.

no....-.-; nothing has been resolved with anyone who has complained since january...if Anneguish has told any of her friends otherwise she has lied....-.-;

2 people that know anneguish have been told that she fixed everything, but she has NOT!

 

Just sticking my nose in here where it doesn't belong....has anyone mailed payments to her? If so, you can file a mail fraud case with the US Dept of Justice. Mail fraud is a federal offense. Someone that ripped me off in the past is now in jail because of the cases filed against her.

I Paypal-ed her Sinful Resin hasn't been on to see our PMs I don't think, hopefully she will help me and others...

 

I've had no help from anyone thus far, but I believe Sinful Resin hasn't been online, Bunni said she can't get in touch with anneguish, this is so frustrating, why can't she just send everyone's stuff if she's able to go out and hang around with friends?

Does anyone else feel this is all just a scam? When I could have put a claim in with Paypal for even $200 I was assured by her friend that she would help me out, and now it's too late and I feel frustrated and annoyed.

6 months now...this is ridiculous.

 

Does anyone live close to her? Maybe a group roadtrip to her house. That is you find her address first and whatnot. I'd be banging on or down her door if I had given her a lot of money. This is BS BIG TIME! I hope all of you can get this solved soon.

 

I think that's actually the worst part. It's bad enough to get scammed out of your money by someone. It's just insult to injury when the scammer is actually HELPED BY HER FRIENDS. This really is outrageous.

 

I feel so horrible for you all; what a mess, and it just sounds so fishy. I hope that something can be done to resolve it for all the buyers.

 

Instead of this, I would go to the police or small claims court.

Getting a group together to gang up on her and intimidate/confront her at her home could get you all sued regardless of the reasons.

Sinful Resin replied to me, saying she'd help me out even if she had to pay shipping, and that anneguish lost my address. I replied and haven't heard anything further as of the details...

 

Seems to be contagious.

 

Maybe you could ask a mod to move this to the feedback forum. This one gets rather a lot of traffic so the thread will get pushed down and its still an ongoing situation.

It's just that I've noticed Anneguish is not in the problem transaction thread.

 

Rinoa, have you looked into filing a claim with the courts yet? Given how long this has dragged on, I would strongly suggest that you do. Even if you can't get your doll, you deserve recompense.

 

After contacting Sinful Resin about it all and saying I would have to take legal action if I do not get any results by the time I return on July 3rd I got a response, mostly saying how my threats were not needed and that they've got in touch and my doll will be posted today (Sat 17th).

I just hope anneguish posts everyone elses items or issues refunds because I wasn't the only one (and I wasn't the first) to threaten legal action, infact, I stated I didn't want to do it because I feel anneguish is a nice person.

 

I wouldn't say you were out of line for threatening legal action. I think I would have done it long ago. As others have said, even in illness you can find someone to take care of sending things to the post office for you.

 

Sinful Resin hasn't confirmed the delivery since I've been away, I've sent her a PM enquiring about it :\

I find it strange how she's not got in touch with you Memisama, did you send Sinful Resin the details of your transaction? I feel weary of saying anything out of line now for fear I may never get my doll.

EDIT: ah well apparently I was out of line because they're having a hard time dealing with a friends illness and she doesn't need anymore added stress with legal proceedings

If she doesn't need the added stress then she should sort out getting everyone their items, her friends say they're helping her but I haven't heard anything about them posting stuff yet.

Hopefully I will get some confirmation on my doll being posted.

 

If the people around her care so much and Anneguish is so ill that she can't take care of her own affairs, then they should've sorted something out. With the amount of money at stake and the period of time people have been strung along for, the sheer audacity of these people to have a go at you makes me sick. They have no right to say you're out of line for wanting recompense, just please if you don't get confirmation of postage (by that I mean photographic evidence/tracking numbers, not just their word that it was posted) start legal proceedings before it's too late.

 

Hopefully this will put some hearts at a tiny bit of ease on this matter...
I can personally say that Sinful Resin is trying her best to get everyone's stuff back...

I got a refund back for what I paid to Anneguish and on top of that...
the one's who've posted int his thread arent' the only ones who got ripped off by Anneguish...

Sinful Resin is a sweet person and she's the first who's showing results...and I believe that she will get more things out to people...She's a college student...and she's got a life of her own...and now she's trying to help clean up somone elses mess...in her spare time...

I give her full credit and thank her for intervining in this terrible situation....I know she'll come through again =^.^=

but I fully understand for those who are still worried...trust me...I was in that situation too...and I know how is feels to be ripped off as well...I only posted this to confirm that Sinful Resin is trying and she is getting results....she's only one person and there's only so fast she can go... ^^;

You guys are fantastic, I sent a PM to Sinful Resin about 12 days ago and sent another PM two days ago.

I apologized in both PMs as I didn't mean to hurt her feelings, I've said I understand if she's busy and can't PM me straight away, the only thing I'm worried about is that it's been three weeks since I was told my Vampire Lishe was going to be posted (17th of June) and I haven't received her yet, I'm not expecting express mail or anything daft like that but I just hope I get a PM about the postage soon so I know what's going on.

Thanks to everyone for all the help and concern, and I am sorry to Sinful Resin and her sister for hurting there feelings, I ment no ill will at all and was just very worried.

And LadySaiyuki your message puts my mind at ease, I'm more hopeful than ever that I will get her now, I just hope there's some confirmation and proof of delivery.

Sinful Resin has been in touch, explained the lack of a reply, and told me it was her sister who posted the doll and she'll find out about it and let me know.

Since LadySaiyuki has had some results I'm quite positive that I will get my doll, I have a feeling she was sent by a slow form of delivery which would take 6 weeks, it's been 4 weeks so another two weeks would be the maximum, but I'm only guessing, plus customs are a bitch, but I'll wait till I hear back more information on how she was delivered so I can get a rough idea on when she will arrive.

 

I've now been told she hasn't been posted due to miscommunication with the family...

I was told she'd be posted June 17th, it's been over 5 weeks and they only just thought to say that they haven't posted her now? Like they'd only just noticed she hadn't been posted?

My hopes are starting to dwindle yet again, Sinful Resin if you read this please send me a tracking number soon, preferably this week, I understand things have happened and you're busy but it won't take 5 minutes to tell me the tracking number so I can track the parcel. You promised you'd have her posted this Saturday just gone so I would like the tracking number soon just to ease my mind.

 

im glad her freinds are taking this into their own hands and trying to help out, however (this is a bit OT) doing everything for her wont help her out in the future. at the risk of putting to much info out i also have bipolar and have been hospitalized as well, but your mental problems wont get better with people fixing things for you. im very disapointed that she isnt on this thread herself trying to make ammends, not just apologies but trying to fix her own mess. i hope that everyone gets their money and items but hearing people trying to defend her for things she has failed to do is not only getting old, but it solves very little.

That annoys me abit since she said she posted on the 22nd and I requested a tracking number and confirmaion of delivery on the 24th, and yet she contacted you on the 26th but never gave me any confirmation, like completely ignored my PM, this leaves me ever so slightly annoyed. Has she confirmed delivery with you yet?

It's been over a week now from the SECOND time I was told she was posted and I've heard nothing and received nothing. If I find out she was posted this weekend gone I'll be very annoyed as I was told she was going to be posted the weekend before last.

EDIT: she's posted a thread yesterday, yet can't take the time to just say "yes she's posted" to me? I don't expect a five page essay PM, just some reassurance that I'm not being delayed again for another 5 weeks. You think she'd want this issue off hers and anneguish's mind...

 

I just wanted to note that i am fairly certain that anneguish was at the Volks party this weekend (i assume with Sinful Resin). . . now i don't know what the problem is, but if she can travel to NYC from Va beach she can send out a couple packages.

 

I have never heard such a long string of excuses in my life.

I hope that all those who have money tied up in this affair take legal action ASAP. This is absolutely absurd. Either she's well enough to visit friends, attend tea parties, and delete her PayPal account -- in which case she's well enough to MAIL THE DOLLS -- or she's so ill that her family must take over her affairs and bills, including these outstanding business transactions.

This sort of thing does incredible damage to the reputation of the community as a whole, and scares away people who may otherwise have done business on these forums.

I will be watching this thread with interest for updates, and I wish everyone the best of luck in getting back what is absolutely their due. No one should feel ANY shame persuing their refunds (or the mailing of their items).

Isn't it funny, she's so ill that she cannot post our parcels, and Sinful Resin and her sister and so worried about her and I'm so mean for pressing legal action, and yet, there they are, having fun at a Tea Party while my doll I paid for is probably sitting at home not being posted.

I'm sorry but I'm incredibly pissed off now at the whole lack of priorities, and I'm now starting to think it's all a big joke to them.

If Sinful Resin does not give me confirmation I'm going to take legal action, I've had enough of all this, excuse after excuse and five weeks only to get a "she's not been posted" when Sinful Resin said she and Ami were going to post her on the 17th (EDIT 17th of JUNE not July)! And me being too nice so not to upset them and thinking Ami was really ill when she's ok to travel miles to go to a tea party, but can't travel to her local PO to post a friggin doll. I've given them too many chances now and this is the last straw.

I'm sorry but this has turned into a big joke, either post my parcel, or I will take legal action, it may just be a doll to you, but $400 is not something you can just mess around with because you can't be bothered to tell me she's posted, or even post the doll, and yes, I could say this in a PM, but I won't get a response anytime soon that's for sure.

As you may have guessed from the general tone of my posts throughout this affair, I smelled a rat from the first outpouring of excuses.

I am stunned by the audacity of these people who have done nothing but come out with lie after lie about this situation. I mean, can you really claim someone is too ill to walk a few blocks to a post office when they can make it to a Dolpa? The fact that all parties involved know how desperately Rinoa and others want their dolls and there they are, throwing pictures of a one-off doll Ami got is nothing short of a slap in the face.

It's been a while since I've seen such revolting actions on this forum or anywhere else for that matter. I truly am stunned.

 

And just so you all know, anneguish has created another account here on DoA as aisforami, because she won the Olivia one off, and this user is posting about it, and has the name AMI in her name.

Even at a busy post office it takes a maximum of twenty minutes to ship something. If the seller or her friend can't go, then deputize someone else to do it. It's been SEVEN MONTHS that this business transaction has been going on.

No matter what is going on in the seller's life, or her friend's, they still have to take care of their responsibilities. "Woe" does not give one a free slate to ignore one's obligations. Bills still have to be paid -- and this is an owed bill.

It might be a nice goodwill gesture on the part of Ami to:

1) Come clean about this second account, an obvious attempt to ditch her old identity that is attached to these owed dolls.

2) Offer some sort of evidence of what is -- one has to admit, no matter how sympathic one is -- an unusually lengthy and extreme list of woes that have served as excuses. In the online world, where lies are more common than truth, I don't think it's too much to ask that someone giving dire excuses back them up to show that they're not one of the millions of liars out there. Surely that would take less time than creating second accounts and having friends wax poetic in LiveJournals, yes? And it would be a guaranteed way to end the drama. I would be the first to step forward an apologize.

 

This is incredibly digusting. The excuses over EIGHT MONTHS are just total BS. I wouldn't care if she was sick at this point; eight months is enough time to find a way to mail out items. I highly suggest reporting her to the Internet Crime divsion of the FBI.

I'm angry and disgusted by this whole thing too. I was there at the NYC party and a few of us at my table wondered why two people came forward to claim that One-off. I wish I'd known who I was actually seeing at the time, and had a way to help those she's robbed here. Its like finding out you've seen a missing person, or someone "most wanted" in this case. This young woman should be ashamed of herself for not fulfilling her obilgations here, and her "friends" are guilty for allowing this to go on...it called aiding and abetting, and you aren't doing Annaguish-Ami any favors by encouraging her crimminal behaviour. You give all of us in the hobby a bad name, and your actions will have concequences. You cast your garbage on the water and it always finds its way back to you eventually.

The audacity they have to say I've been bugging them everyday, I've given them at the least a week before I sent another PM asking about my parcel, I never bugged them everyday, and I certainly never contacted Ami because she was ignoring everyone. And I think I have every bloody right to PM you as much as I want when you have $400 of my money or my doll! You think you can just **** around with this kind of money?
