Resolved Paging AlekInexelsis re: DZ Shanhu

    1. I commissioned AlekInexelsis to complete the faceup and body blushing on a doll of mine.
      Communication was initially very good, but messages became further and further apart over time.
      The last update I received included photos of the finished product, which I was happy with, but the doll has not been sent, and AlekInexelsis has stopped responding to my messages entirely.

      He has had the doll since September 2018, and last made contact (via email) in January through DOA, and March 8 via email.

      I just want my doll shipped, I know life is tricky sometimes, I'm not mad, just... anxious.

    4. Sorry, I don't quite know the protocol for this.
      @Aleklnexelsis got in touch via email; and the issue has been resolved.
      They expressed that they are having trouble accessing their account at the moment - hence the lack of response here.

    5. You would have to confirm in this thread that you have received your doll, and in satisfactory condition. Then the thread can be labeled as resolved.
