Hybrids Other 1/4 heads on Resinsoul 45cm boy body?

Hey all. Search isn't working so well for me rn so I figured I'd ask here, does anyone have pics of 1/4 hybrids on the Resinsoul 45cm boy body (this one)? I have an older DollZone head (DZ Jake) and I'm considering the Resinsoul body because of the chest sculpting and the low price (I'm planning some pretty extensive mods possibly) but I worry it would be a little bobble headed. I don't mind if the resin isn't a perfect match due to the mods I'm planning, but I would very much appreciate seeing hybrids or even just more owner pics of this body if possible.

And yeah, I've compared neck circumference, it should work (2mm or so difference) I think? But the head in the preview for the body looks a lot smaller proportionally than DollZone heads on DollZone bodies seem to (at least for the minis) and I can't seem to find a lot of info on that head since the sculpt (Tang, I think) is apparently no longer available.

 

My apologies for never outright thanking you for this, doll planning and life in general got a little complicated this summer but I was finally able to figure the body situation out at least in hypothetical terms, so thank you very much for this info!!

Turns out the DZ Jake head I'm using has a 19cm circumference, so with math (3am math but still)
19cm head circumference => 6.048cm diameter
17.5cm head circumference => 5.57cm diameter
Difference of just under 0.5cm in diameter, which is not all that much! Given that I thought the Tang head looked slightly smaller than I wanted, and someone on the BJD Discord suggested that the likely result of the size difference is that the DZ Jake head is sculpted slightly bigger all around, he should be near perfect!

Of course, I'll only know for sure when I have the body in hand, but this gives me confidence to actually order it!

I am very tempted to request resin matching but I realized that if it matches but doesn't work with the head after all, the body will be a nightmare to sell if it only matches a yellowed old head. So I'm going with the default RS normal despite it having more pinker tones- luckily, the character I'm trying to shell has rather extreme (anime style, fortunately not too graphic because of that) burn scarring around his chin, neck, and collarbone, so I'm hoping that the painting of the scar tissue can help ease the transition between resin colors and otherwise help to hide the difference. If not, if I know the body is perfect size and proportion wise- I can sell the NS body and try again with the resin matching. But I'm hoping I won't have to, and I'm willing to accept the risk of having to sell a body at a bit of a loss rather than have a non working body I can't sell at all.

This got to be a bit of a ramble, sorry- mainly I wanted to post the information about the neck/head sizing in case it helps anyone else. I will update with a quick pic once the body is in hand in case anyone needs it as an example, then to the discussion threads he will be contained!

 

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind if the 45cm one doesn't work! I do prefer the sculpting on the 45cm one but it's cool that there's more newer and varied options from Resinsoul in general.
