    1. * What did you order? A "Tae"-size boy body plus extras.
      * When did you order? 2/02/2008
      * How was the communication? Excellent.
      * How easy was it to pay? Simple! They had it processed within a few hours :o!
      * How long did it take to ship? They had it out the very next day!
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? These dolls are completely underrated--their quality is supremely fabulous!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Precisely so.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Absolutely.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Perfect satisfaction; there wasn't a single qualm.

      I ordered on the second, and I received my doll body on the sixth of the same month! I was absolutely floored! It was extremely well packaged, the body was strung to the perfect extent, and it even came with a few nice candies. I've never dealt with a better company! :aheartbea
       
    2. Awesome! I am planning to buy a doll from them very soon, as soon as I get all the info I need. They dont have much item description on their site, so I have to ask for what measures the dolls have... Like the DAE, which I am interested in, how am I supposed to buy/make clothes for it if I dont know what measures it has? They should be more informative...
       
    3. * What did you order? So Ye "vampire+ winged body" + eyes, shoes etc (mini group order)
      * When did you order? July 12, 2007
      * How was the communication? Fast: they sent a message confirming the order, payment, and with the tracking number as soon as it was ready. The status was also updated on the website.
      * How easy was it to pay? Super easy and quick via Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Within 10 days.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Great price for a tiny doll with exceptional quality. The shoes were amazing at that scale.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Definately.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yep, everyone was!
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? There were no problems.
      Note: OD did mark down the value of my order a lot. My doll passed right through customs, so I'm not sure how OD would deal with any problems or damages. If you're concerned I would recommend requesting they mark the full value on the package.

      * When did you order? 12/3/08
      * How was the communication? Pretty Good. Took them awhile to respond to one message
      * How easy was it to pay? Perfect. Processed instantly.
      * How long did it take to ship? A little over a week.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yup. He had trouble standing and posing at first, but once I played with him more he was okay.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? The colour of the outfit was a little off, but that might have been my screen.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yup. Actually the only thing I don't like about him is his height. :/
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I'm not dis-satisfied, just a little annoyed.
       
    5. I can't remember all the details but I once ordered a Joong Ha from them and they sent it out the same day as I paid.

      I've never had a doll sent so quick before, so I thought it's worth mentioning here ^^
