Ordering Ordering from Spiritdoll

Hello! I’ve ordered a body from them at July.
First of all, when I was placing an order, I tried to send a money for an PayPal account they have on their site, but it didn’t work, so I’ve sent an email to ask about it. They gave me another email and my order is now “processing”. I’ll let you know when it arrives!
And about the communication: they answered me after 1 or 2 days, so I think it wasn’t bad.

 

Okay, I was just lucky. They have 4 weeks delay in my order already. I wrote to them 3 weeks ago because I’ll be moving out soon so I want to know my order status to plan something out, still no reply. So yeah, poor communication is right thing to mention.

 

Okay, I received my order at Monday, but... incomplete. I’ve ordered proud male body and proud jointed hands. I received body but without jointed hands. They haven’t send me any message about tracking number, I didn’t know it was already send. They haven’t respond to any of my messages. I wrote to them that I haven’t received hands (in website, mail and Instagram I found) and... I got no response.

Body came in perfect condition.
