Ordering Ordering from Resinsoul

You can buy bodies and heads separately by just adding them both to the cart. I'm pretty sure they offer every body and every head as separate pieces so you shouldn't need to inquire as to putting different heads on bodies. (Feel free to correct me tho)

 

I've always emailed Sun at [email protected]. S/he is very nice, and s/he or their translator seem to have no problem understanding orders, even if they're strange.

I haven't personally purchased on the site and then written a note.

 

yeah just email, Sun's super accomidating and will usually reply within 24 hours.

I've ordered twice using their email, I never use the cart lol.
Just make sure you're really clear about what you want.
I tend to make complicated orders so I need to bulletpoint it.

You should do, they seem to now send a cream coloured bag and a little certificate of authenticity which is cute.

 

Sun quoted me 40 days when I ordered begining of the month. December it took about 35 days? I think they're running slightly behind, there was a post christmas rush I think. All that christmas money lol.
But yeah, at the time (early feb) I was told 40 days" which presumably means to shipping, then a week on top for postage. My last boy was ordered late november/early dec and I was told "a month" and he arrived just before new year.
I'd check the resinsoul waiting room thread, not everyone updates it sadly but it generally gives a rough estimate.

last one seems to be: 12/22/16 - 2/21/17 which is uh.. about 2 months exactly but you gotta remember we had christmas AND Chinese new year delaying stuff.

I know the rong with 4 arms has arrived, i'll see if I can dig out her arrival date from the forum or fb. But I haven't seen any january ones yet. Presumably they'll start to appear at the end of the month or very start of March if they're still on their 40-45 day estimate.

 

I've previously had really good communication from resinsoul but I asked them about ordering a head in a custom color and haven't heard back. I emailed them once a little before chinese new year and then I used the contact form on their site earlier this week. Should I try again by email?

 

def try emailing. They might have ended up with a bit of backlog from the two back to back holidays.

 

Do they reply on comments that you can leave under stuff they are selling? I think before they were replying directly on used in comment email but now is silence.
