Ordering Ordering from Pipos

    1. I'm somewhat new after being gone for a while from Den of Angels and I'm having trouble trying to enter my address into Pipos' site to create a login.
      How does one enter a US street address? Is there a trick?
      Any other instructions you can share about ordering from them?
      When you add a tail or paws, does that mean you get an additional set or do they put them on permanently? Since I can't login, I can't ask Pipos!

    3. Hi there! Firstly, congratulations on your purchase, Chesire is an incredibly adorable sculpt <3.

      Last I checked, when you add in the tail option, it's only 1 set, since the doll by default doesn't have the tail. The Chesire tail is magnetic, though :) The paws, are an additional set from the default, last I checked. :o
       
    4. Hello! Which Cheshire did you get? I'm completely taken by them myself, I just didn't know that they were on Denver doll. And piposland is completely sold out.
       
    5. Hi. I got the all pink little girl Cheshire. On the order form it says Pipos Cheshire and it came with 2 tails! and paws on hands and feet, little teeny tiny paws, mostly claws. But now I want another cat! it's truly addictive, isn't it?

    6. I have more questions! I have now ordered Rosie, the jointed little non-Cheshire cat directly from Pipos. Has anyone ordered from them recently? Do they answer? They have already deducted the cost from my bank account, which I hope means that my order has been processed, but I can't seem to communicate with them. It's a bit disconcerting.
      I hope this is an appropriate question for DOA.

    7. Personally I was surprised how fast Pipos answered. I ordered from them last night and I had some problems with credit card payment. So I had to cancel and re-order by using bank transfer. I got to emails confirming my order (both credit card and bank transfer), even though I only was able to pay with the bank transfer. I got anxious that they are sending me wrong order, extra dolls or cancelling my order, so I emailed them my concern last night. I was not waiting an answer until later next week, since it is "Chuseok" holiday in Korea now. But for my surprise I already got an answer today (but this might be because I paid by Korean bank account, so they might be able to process faster). I am not sure if the customer service people are different in the international webpage and Korean webpage.
       
    8. After my concern, I went back to my Pipos account and realized they HAD responded in a section with which I was not familiar! I basically didn't know how to use the site. That seems to happen a lot to me...I just don't get it. But that's why I like using DOA! People are always helpful and share what they know. Thanks for letting me know it's a holiday right now. Did they tell you how long your order would take? I am assuming at least a month but they didn't really say.
       
    9. Hi, I am so sorry for the late answer. Did you already receive your order? :) I got my order today, so for me it took about month. I am really surprised, I was waiting it to be around 50-60 days, because that is what I heard it takes normally when ordering from them.
