Hi! I'm new to BJD's and ordering from BJD sites in general. I was looking to order a cute outfit from Legend Dolls for my new Niko doll but I noticed the site wouldn't allow me to input my city? (US based) Has anyone else on these forums had this experience and or know how to correctly input the address?
I put the city name into the address section when I set up my account, but after looking at it now, it seems the city name isn't saved in the consignee info. I just received an order from them and it arrived safely, though, so I think they can find it with just the zip code and address?
I'm also curious how up-to-date legend dolls site is? I was browsing their granado dolls and they seem to have the heads for dolls on the site that are sold out. Do they get stock separately, or is the site just not updated with the stores inventory?
I'd suggest contacting Legend Doll about this. Their email address can be found towards the bottom of their website. Just email the 'person in charge', her name is Erica and she has always responded quickly to my emails. Well, they seem to update it with new dolls quite often. But not sure how good they are about removing old listings. However, they do have a limited doll that I am interested in that is sold out everywhere else. There are comments on that sales page where people are asking whether or not it was still available, and from Erica's replies, it sounds like the company reserved a certain quota of the dolls for her, so she can still get that doll.
Thank you for the suggestion! I reached out to Erica and she mentioned to put the city behind the zip code or in the address in details. Hopefully this can help anyone else that encounters this issue
