Ordering Ordering directly from Resinsoul

I'm in the U.S. and I had a custom colored order. Sent an email directly to resinsoul, got a reply on price within a day or two. I paid, and a touch over a month layer he was home! Fantastic experience, will definitely do again.

 

Resinsoul has hands down been the best ordering experience for me. They reply really fast and are really easy to deal with

 

I have ordered two Resinsoul directly, both somewhat complicated and custom orders and Sun has been amazing. I always get a response back within at least 48 hours, but more than not it's closer to 12. They're very professional and polite, they handle custom requests like a dream, They ship very fast (delayed now a bit because of the virus, but still compared to most companies they're like lightening), and have just been amazing. They've become one of my favorite companies.

 

Super easy. I'm in the UK myself. You email Sun and tell them what you want, they give you the price, you paypal em and they start work.

I've just paid off two bodies for some floating heads myself heh.

Shipping is about $30-40 generally and they mark parcels down which is very helpful with UK customs. Touch wood but all mine have sailed through customs without any problems.

 

I just ordered a Resinsoul Zhen yesterday. The website was a little confusing, at least to me. I didn't really understand the invoice thing, but my husband explained it to me. Other than adding the request to not have any transparent resin in the receipt notes the rest of the transaction was pretty simple. I put one time payment in the layaway options and emailed them afterwards to make sure they got it. Shipping for me in the UK for about $40 so it wasn't too bad. This is my first time buying a Resinsoul and first time ordering directly from a company. I thought over all the experience was really good. Gmail had problems sending my emails so I emailed them through Yahoo and communication was really well. I will more than likely buy from them again.

 

This is late but I too am also in the UK and all 3 of my ResinSoul's have been ordered direct from them, and was done through email.

It's super easy and the response is pretty quick and even when I tried to explain and ended up over explaining I always got exactly what I wanted and their production time is quick too.

 

Hmmm is been a few years for the first two but from what I remember no. Never had customs with them.

I know its frowned upon and stuff but if you ask they will underdeclare and mark as gift if customs worries you. I asked them not to buy they will.

 

This is helpful to know, especially since Resinsoul has been on my radar as a more affordable brand...
