Ordering Ordering 1/4 doll size gun question

I'm fairly certain that ban only pertains to full size replicas of guns, and not tiny diecast or plastic versions. I can't find anything specific about toy guns for dolls.

Looking at Goat Guns, where I bought my 1/4 size diecast guns, they say they do ship to Canada. If it were illegal, I think they would have some sort of disclaimer for that? Or at least, I would hope so.

 

Bill c-21 isn't law yet, and regarding replica firearms, its pretty clear that the toys it refers to are say, a paintball gun which looks like a firearm, or even a non-firing full scale model of a gun. A 1/4 scale model shouldn't be an issue due to the size being so completely off.

 

I can't find any 1/4 scale guns at goat guns. They are all 1/3.

They are also diecast metal so a lot heavy for a strung doll.
