[Adopted] Or-doll HeYe & Or-doll heads

Good to know that they replied to you with their PP address!
I'm eagerly waiting to get myself Heye head~ Though I'm still a bit confused about their detail address page, because it doesnt work properly, atleast not for me. ( I use firefox )
I couldn't add my country detail in the Personal information, because when I clicked the submit button or update in My Account, the country area left blank every time.
Also, they don't have any zip code request in their shipping address details.
( I added my ZIP code to the Address area, and I hope that they understand this. )
I asked them about this in the Q&A area, but they haven't replied yet back.

But aside all this, I fell madly in love with the Heye head, and I really can't wait to order this for myself.

 

Haha, I noticed the same bbbbbbbbbb thing and laughed a little. I think that they are still testing the site that how it works in english, and they have forgotten those little details when they opened the english site. :'D

I too don't feel comfrotable nowadays buying from places where people still haven't had much experience from, but because of Heye I'm actually willing to take a small risk and purchase this head without waiting for some stories from those who have ordered something from them before.

Does anyone knows if she is limited?

 

I just tried several times to order a HeYe head, but can't get the head to add to my shopping cart. I've tried the buy it now, and also adding it to my shopping cart, and all that happens is that I'm charged for shipping, but there's no head for me to pay for. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

 

I did sign up, and when I order the head, then it takes me to my cart. All that's there is the shipping charge. I've tried several times, and all I keep getting is the $20 shipping charge. I didn't have the same problem signing up and adding my address as other people have had, but this is driving me crazy. I'll have to try again later. I've left a message on their Q&A. Hopefully they can figure it out.

 

I'm sure it's something really easy. I hope I can order soon too. I just love this head, especially the pointy little ears!

 

what body are you planning to put He-ye on?
I was reluctant to SDs but when i saw her i fell deeply in love - I was thinking about trying out Ariadoll body with her...

 

wow, i would be grateful, though i think i'll order before you post them - i have an opportunity to get the body in current Aria event, and i think i'll try and get it. the problem is - will i have enough money left to afford the head! ;P

 

I've asked a question on their Q&A board and am waiting for a reply from them. Depending on that I will either order HeYe (Normal skin, no face-up) within the next couple of days or wait until middle of January when my paycheck comes in ^___^
I'm really enchanted by this girl, it is truly rare that something like that happens.

I don't know if this helps, but I know a person who owns a Blue Phoenix, although I think she bought her from the artist's dA page (I need to read her blog). I also got some info from a Russian dealer (but I don't live in Russia, so I can't use their service) that they've been working with the artist for some time now ^___^

I am more interested in a Dollstown 15y or Loongsouldoll body (different aesthetics and design, I know) XD Dollstown would be perfect if it fit, but currently I don't have enough money to just buy a body with the hopes that it just magically fits (:

Also, am I the only one who can't log in through their login page? 0_o" It tells me that I am entering a wrong password. But if I log in from the shopping cart page, everything is fine.

 

I think I've just fallen head over heels in love for this head. Yay for Christmas money! On the site it says that the heads match Volks NS, so a Spiritdoll Elegance body should work, yes? I'm a little confused on how to pay though. Will I have to send money on my own or will I get an invoice?

 

I ordered and quickly received two of their heads earlier this month -- Blue Phoenix and Milk. The website wasn't working at all yet then but I was able to communicate through my DoA mailbox with one of the artists -- Rene761, who speaks very good English

Here's my "box opening" which has both dolls pre and post faceup and on dollstown bodies. Can't wait for my HeYe -- and am hoping to use her on my spiritdoll elegance girls body.

 

Jaina, I am also thinking about putting this head to my Ariadoll 14yrs body which is ws. The ws resin is very creamy toned, and I hope that Heye will match atleast a little bit. Ariadolls bodies are to die for *u*

And oh, also, RO-doll replied to my question about the errors in the My Page, and they promised to fix it asap. :3

I just payed my Heye head and also my friend's DEEP head, and everything went smooth!
The address details were fixed now, and I was able to pay straight from their website which leaded me to paypal. :3

Now I'm eagerly waiting for these heads to arrive! OuO

as far as i get it there's no separate teeth part, and on the photo of the new OE head i think you can see a delicate shade of teeth ^-^

 

I saw a picture that clearly showed her having teeth, but you can just paint them dark, so that they won't be visible. The look is very cute though, I still love it ^___^

Time to do a happy dance. After two days of trying to get HeYe to add to my shopping cart on Or-Doll, it finally worked, and I was able to order my head! I'd been trying and trying, and suddenly, it just went through. I'm so happy!

I noticed that when I yesterday made my order for two heads, my Order Status page still had the information about these two paid heads and also case numbers. Now the page is empty and looks like I didn't paid or ordered anything at all.
I hope that OR-doll still has my order information because OR-doll has already received my payment.

Rene761, is this because of website problems? Can this be fixed?

Oh, and btw, it seems that the posts in the Q&A are closed now (I haven't tried to do anything with them before, though). I tried to randomly click on someone's question, and it promptly asked for a password. And there was the symbol of an open lock there ^__^; So don't worry.

Also wanted to ask, since it's already in discussion: does Ariadoll have a torso joint? I can't see it in their pictures ^^;

 

no it doesn't - it's a one piece torso - you can see the photos of the body in the information section

 

So I was correct then. So Dollstown it remains ^___^ I'm not sure if it should be the 13y or the 15y body though.

 

Will HeYe be available forever or just for a limited period?

 

She's a limited doll, available until February. It's been stated somewhere here in the thread ^___^

I know two more people on a Russian BJD forum, Hasel, but that's it. It could be because she came out after Christmas, when many have already spent their money on presents - or people just keep quiet.

 

That probably would be it, I will have to scrape every penny of the bottem of my piggybank to order her, that's why I'm doubting, if I still had the savings I had bevore december I would have paid her already.

I thought they were supposed to be shipped mid to end February, but I might be horribly wrong (especially since I completely forgot about the Chinese New Year ^_^;; )
I'm debating between the loongsouldoll and the dollstown 13Yr bodies, but will probably go for loongsouldoll - their posability has impressed me. Some want to use the Aria doll body. In any case, she seems to be on the smaller end of the scale, so perhaps smaller / shorter bodies would be a much better choice. Don't know about boobs though - but I think you could find some slim SDs with a beautiful curve to them

 

One more HeYe orderer reporting in. She's going to be my first dreamer.
And now to hunt a body for it.
