Lost/Damaged Only Half the Doll arrived?

Dolls should arrive whole so you are right to think something is off - I assume you already messaged Erica I guess all you can do is wait for the response. I hope the missing parts come to you soon!

 

Did you order the mermaid with her mermaid tail and also additional human legs? If so, they might have mailed the main doll strung with her mermaid tail in one box and the additional legs and accessories in a second box for space reasons. (It’s a little weird to do it that way, but I once ordered a doll from Loongsoul and the doll came in one box while the wig on a wig stand came in a second box.) Sounds like you already did the right thing by checking with the vendor, though, so hopefully they can shed more light on the matter and you get all the pieces of your doll!!

 

I am what is known as a problem child and Erica with legend doll has been VERY helpful despite my 10,000 stupid questions. Sometimes I get same day responses if email later in the day, but I have rarely gotten an email later then 24 hours. (weekends excluded).

 

What a silly story to be able to share about the doll when she arrives in her entirety! It would've given me a heart attack, I know that much.

I had something slightly similar happen with my Dream Valley Paris I ordered through BJDIvas. I got 2 tracking numbers since the company sent the mushroom cap hat in a separate box. The doll got delayed by FedEx so I had just the mushroom hat for a week before my doll arrived.
