Yo-SD sized Olleaf Love basic w/o faceup

* How was the communication?
Very good...they contacted me via email as well as on the board, and let me know right away when my girl shipped.

* How easy was it to pay?
They take Paypal, so it was very easy. It took a day for my status to change, but they confirmed via email that my payment had been received.

* How long did it take to ship?
Shipping was fast! She shipped in 30 days, even though there were holidays in the middle. She arrived on 1/29.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The price was amazing...only $99 for a beautiful, well-articulated Yo-sized doll. It was a special sale, and I feel I got a fantastic deal. She came beautifully packaged and fully sanded even though I didn't pay for a faceup or body blushing. I haven't seen a doll that well finished in a very long time. I had some minor issues with her stringing, so I had to restring her, but they weren't something I think most people would have been concerned about.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Pretty much, but without the faceup. Her eyes were smaller than I'd thought, but that's a good thing

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Completely. They far exceeded my expectations.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

* Would you order from this company again?
In a heartbeat. I'm actually regretting not getting the other mold they had available in the sale.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
Definitely. They're great quality and lovely dolls.
