woo-hoo! Im pleased to announce that after a painstaking foot reattaching surgery my little Ophelia piglet can now stand on her own 2 feet for the first time! I wanted to thank everyone who gave me suggestions on how to drill and reinsert that wire thingy... it worked like a charm I would post pictures but uh... my camera is still missing lol

anyways, little bump for the adorable piglet thread and now Im determined to find a bubu

My piggies celebrated Tanabata the other day. I don't know why, as they are not Japanese piggies, but I think it was Hilde's idea. She probably wanted to wear her beautiful kimono.

In other news, I am thinking of selling/giving away some piggy-sized clothes... my pig's wardrobes are getting really um, hefty.

Your Tobias Bubu's freckles slay me! It's no wonder he is Lady's Man! I think my piggie girls will be very jealous...And my piggies would welcome a clothing gift, if they can return in kind!

 

Fiatan your bubus eyes look great! they are so neat with his skintone also, that Hilde is one lucky piglet to have such an amazing wardrobe, I cant imagine her letting anything go! XD I know all of our piggys on the board would LOOOVE a chance to be as stylish as Hilde, just make sure you dont incur the wrath of a tiny pink diva!

Hilde is always so stylish. Tobias' eyes are gorgeous and go perfectly with his shirt.

Pigwig got some new supplies last night, had to share them here with you all. The playpen and swing are from a new barbie set. Totally fabulous!!!

Thank you, gatodelsol - I'm glad you like her... Sadly, no I didn't make her outfit; how I wish I knew how to crochet. The outfit was originally for a Kelly doll but Georgie seems to fit in it better especially around the pants. She's my only anthro in my bjd family and I think I'm spoiling her rotten.

Yes I agree, the tinier the piggy the MORE they demand. You should see Pigwig's room, she's just a spoiled little lady!

And the demands never stop, she tells me that she just wants this, and no more... there is always more... hahah.... well I guess thanks to Mattel and thier perfectly scaled stuff. :P

Hi MythicMelodies! It depends on what piggies you'd like to get. Some are still available, like the DollFactory ones, for instance. Elfdoll was the maker of Alice Cherry Blossom and her family. Those were based on Charles Stephens' designs. Elfdoll no longer makes those, so you would have to check ebay or the marketplace here to find someone selling one. Charles later went on to form Charles Creature Cabinet and also produced pigs like Ophelia Licorice and Bubu. Those are no longer available either, but they become available from time to time in the marketplace. I imagine you'll see more new pigs coming out from someone - they're a very popular anthro. Good luck with finding just the right piggy for you!

Autumnal is good. Named for the season. Blackberry is autumnal. Also Bilberry (which could be shortened to Billie). Do you have Bilberries in Texas?

Just to say I don't think I have ever seen a database either. Unless there is one for anthros generally and they all get lumped together!
