I'm down for a northern Delaware meet if you're putting one together!

I know a lot of people like myself don't have/use facebook anymore, which can make it difficult to see the details of an event, so I'd go with Discord or maybe even something like "Event brite" (but for purely selfish reasons, haha!)

 

Meh, I'd just organize here, but it's no big deal to me however it goes.

At over 150 posts, I'd expect any restrictions on external links to be lifted already.

Organize however works, but I'd be most likely to see the date and place you settle on in the end if you edit this topic and first post or create a new topic for the event.

 

If you're talking about the Newark Free Library at 750 Library Ave, Newark, DE 19711 then that looks good. I see lots of parking there.

I'd recommend avoiding September 16th since that's the same day as South NJ. The areas are close enough together that the meets would end up having some people decide on going to one or the other and then maybe neither meet will be largely attended or one will while the other won't.

The big question mark for me personally would be if the Delaware meet happens on the same day in September as the Port Jervis, NY meet. I didn't get a chance to go today, and I want to make sure to go before the weather turns icy. It gets icy up north. I want to go to Delaware, but there's a chance I might not make it until October or November.

 

I could do the weekend of September 23/24 or 30th/1rst!

 

I wouldn't mind driving the hour to hour and a half to come for a few meets. As long as it's not the weekends of the South Jersey meets since I'm one of the ones who run that one and have to be there.

Just joined it! That library is only about an hour from me so I'm excited. I have some friends I could bring too (people friends, not just dolls) if that's okay!
