Hi everyone, long time I haven't come here. Here's my "in progress" doll : Oddity. View attachment 721 View attachment 722 It seems weird to post it in this section, as I have already (poorly) molded and cast some parts, but the rest of the body is still in progress. The feet, the legs and arms... And joints ! So I hope I can quickly finish it, for the moment I haven't enough filler/primer/epoxy to finish some pieces, and I have emptied my last bucket of silicon... Oddity is a bit stuck for the moment.
I'm following you on flickr! Your Oddity looks very interesting, can't wait to see the body... what shape will it be? and what size? Hope you'll get unstuck with this project and finish it soon!
Thanks Wilga, it'll be humanoid shape, about 25 cm tall, and with a tail. The project was to create a character between Ginkgo (my monkey doll) and Kobalt, a little creature half elf half animal, like I like. It ends up looking like a lot of different type of existing fiction creatures (friends talk about Yoda, Gizmo, ET, etc.), but it remains a kind of elvish monkey.
