obitsu skeleton and size help

I have a 60cm boy, so a 55cm male body with 60cm female legs.
I want to make him shorter but i don't know if his skeleton will allow a 55cm pair of legs.
Also trying to find out what obitsu skeletons in the 45+ range are part compatible
