I've been away for a while, and I just got my Yaoyue head ! She's absolutely stunning. For now I put her on a Dreaming Doll body, but it's white skin so obviously it doesn't match at all. Also, I found her head quite big compared to my other SDs... do you have any possible body to recommend ?

As far as resin match goes, I just got an AoD body in pink resin for my Linglan head and it matches almost perfectly ^_^

Oh, it's been a long time since I visited this thread....my Linglan got a new faceup in the meantime, and I just wanted to share her new look :3

 

She is lovely! I love her headdress also!

 

Question: Does Oasisdoll head fits any Volks SD16 girl body? Or any other body that suitable the head, resin match etc?

 

Kayakitsu, my daughter and I have our Oasisdoll girls (Linglan, YaoYue and Natalie so far) on several different kinds of bodies. My two Natalies look lovely and match a Luts Senior Delf body and a Fairyland Feeple60 body--both in normal skin tones. (I LOVE my Natalies on BOTH of those bodies!!) One of my girls is on an Efldoll Normal Skin body. And, my daughter has hers both on Angel of Dream P-Normal bodies. These are all Oasidolls that we purchased when they were available from Elfdoll. So, I don't know if the resin color is the same. But, the head fits very well on all of those necks.

Kayakitsu : if I may add to KathrynB's list, I put my Yaoyue head on a Dreaming Doll Elva body. I unfortunately don't know about the resin match since the body is white skin and the head is normal skin, but in terms of size it's absolutely perfect.

Ohhh your girl on and SDGR body looks PERFECT. I have a Natalie head (that i adore) that I wish theyd make a double jointed body for (with double knee joints). I just hate posing single jointeds...I've re-bodied her 2 times already

 

I've searched everywhere, and finally came upon this thread hoping someone can help me. Does anyone know how the Oasis white skin compare to that of Elfdoll? I want to put my ElfDoll Soah head on the Oasis Chic girl body, but I don't know what the resin match between Elfdoll Snow & Oasis Doll white skin is. Help

I just hope someone can answer my question, can a Doll-love, Luts, Fairyland resin match an Oasisdoll head? I searched everywhere yet found nothing.

 

I have seen an Oasisdoll Yaoyue on Flickr on a Feeple 60 body and the match seemed great but you might have to contact the owner of the doll to ask if the match is good or if she had her blushed to match.

 

Yes I did contact an owner of that girl but I just didn't recieve any replies back from her.

 

I have a Chicline and WS Elfdoll. I will try to compare them later today.

 

Hi, Aphtaiwan! I have two Natalie heads. One is on a Lut's Senior Delf NS body and the other is on a NS Feeple60 body and they both match very well!! I also really like the proportions of the head work well with the neck length and shoulder widths of those bodies. I hope this helps!!

 

Oh hi Kathryn B, thank you for the reply. I was gonna make a hybrid of them because I don't like the bodies, and the full doll is quite pricey though, anywho. I am gonna make either Luts or Feeple hybrid for her thanks again!

OH!!! I need to add that all of these Oasisdoll heads were purchased when they were being sold at the Elfdoll site. They're all in NS. I'm not sure if the resin color has changed since then!!

Thank you guys, do you use Type 1 SDF body? How about other body types in SDF? Feeple makes a great hybrid to Oasisdoll but F60 body is no lombger for sale

I wanted a Feeple60 body for Yaoyue, but I cant find the body in Fairyland anymore

Aptaiwan, I'm not sure I know what you mean by type 1 or other body types. You can find the F60 bodies on the secondary market.

 

There's type 2, 3 and 4 SDF bodies in girls. What I mean is that can 2,3,4 type bodies match Oasisdoll. Sorry if you still can't understand

 

Oh, wait!! Do you mean SDF, "Senior Delf Female"?? Hee! I thought you meant Super Dollfie Female and I was confused. SORRY!!! I'm not sure about the other Luts bodies. I've only owned or tried the Senior Delf bodies. I've never had the "Mature" Delf girl body or any of the newer Luts bodies. So, I can't tell you if the Oasisdoll heads fit or even if it's a good resin match. Maybe someone else here has tried this??

I finally got a moment to do a quick compare of my snow skin Soah from 2011 to Jessie. The Oasis white is quite a bit whiter. I don't know if I can get a good picture as my light box has been put away during remodeling.

Another hybrid question!
Since Oasisdoll have a neck circumference of 9.5 cm, does a 9 cm and an 8 cm neck girth of other bjd companies would work?

 

aphtaiwan: My Linglan is on an AOD body, which has a 9cm neck, and she fits beautifully!

 

anything but an AOD body. I don't like them personally. Oasisdoll as I know had 9.5 cm neck circumference. Does anyone knows the neck circumference of any company bodies with a 9 cm girth?

I'm new in the discussion, I really like the sleepy heads but I hoped to see Moli too in the event she's a great sculpt! I'm between Moli and Yaoyue to get my first girl in my bjd family...

 

Go for Yaoyue if you like a feminine and really playful girl. But if you want a lady-like and beautiful, smart character I'd say Moli

 

Is there a Souldoll resin match to Oasisdoll? I wanna make Yaoyue on a shorter and younger body

 

I'm looking for this as well. I'm thinking of putting Moli on my Zenith girl body, and I read somewhere in this thread that Oasisdoll and Elfdoll match, and my Elfdoll Emma used to be on the Zenith body (it wasn't 100% match but it was pretty close), so I'm hoping it wouldn't be too bad when I receive her.

 

Please do get pictures of her. I am thinking of getting Yaoyue on a Double girl body. It says that one her Linglan and new Souldoll boy resin aren't bad.

 

Hey guys just popping in to ask if anyone knows whether there will be a new Chic girl out soon? I LOVE the chic girl bodies but they're such limited releases

I'm so tempted to order a Linglan head, as she's perfect for a character of mine who has recently sprung vividly to life. Same as with Moli for another character. But I think I will wait until Moli's head is available to order before plunging into it XD

 

I got my Moli head and promptly put her on the Souldoll Zenith body. The match is off, likely because the body's from 2009 and has aged since then, and the faceup is heavily blushed pink ^^ The proportion's pretty good though, so overall I'm not that bothered that the match isn't as good as I'd hoped.
