Nympheas Dolls Discussion

Hello! I love your work so much and have yet to find the dolls I want from you! They are Tit Herbe - hoping so much the green will return- Nympheline (love the tea & mushroom), and ChouChou. Will you ever bring back previous colors? Thank you for your creative whimsy!!

 

I thought I would share a picture of my Nymphée Cinnamon. I have her in Cream as well, they are a lot of fun and I love their smaller size!

There are two threads for Nympheas Dolls so not sure in which one to post I have two cute Fannys so far (Strawberry and Butter) and I am hoping to adopt a ChouChou I wanted to ask you Ms. @k6doll; What colors are these two ChouChous that you photographed? Love them both and would definitely like to adopt one! Is the pink one the same one at Doll Peddler's website? Thank you!

 

Forgive my ignorance if you may Ms. [MENTION=37729]k6doll[/MENTION], but the Valentine chouchou (from Doll Peddler's site/ and your website pic) seems to be darker than the pink LDoll 2014 chouchou with the green tea one pic ? Or is it the lighting? I don't mean to doubt your knowledge of your own dolls, but just wanted to double check The bubble pinks seems closer to the pink of the Ldoll 2014 chouchou I appreciate your patience

Is this the most active thread for nympheas dolls? I'm just curious where to discuss her latest creation Squirrel. She is soooo precious. Is anyone planning on getting her?

Just ordered a Brioche kitty within an hour of seeing one on flickr! Impulse buy? No regrets. He'll make a fantastic companion for my DollZone Burton TomCat.

 

Tracking is showing that I should get my Brioche tomorrow, what a great Halloween gift!

I'm currently making payments on a Fanny Strawberry tan and I can't wait to get her! I saw she is no longer on site, so I guess, I got one of the last ones. Hopefully.

Does anyone have any idea how to restring a Fanny? I took mine apart a long time ago with the intent to body blush her but I forgot how to put her back together. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I was meaning to say this for a while, your dolls are lovely~
I'm waiting for mint Brioche now, this adorable cat just melted my heart. Mint skin looks so good, and his little faceplates are super expressive. I can't wait to get him! Guess I won't even give him make up at first, he looks great even unpainted. *O* He will be such a good companion to my SD lady doll Icy. She is a wheelchair user, I think she'll enjoy interacting with an extremely cute cat.

Phanuel, your Brioche pictures are what made me seek out my own! He just arrived on Saturday from Doll Peddlar and every time I see him I giggle. He is captivating!

Seriously, I have been stalking your flicker photos of the cats for a couple of months, thinking I would have to get in on the next Brioche preorder. I missed the mint one by a few days this year and was SO SAD (even though I wanted a more "normal" color). Then I found this dude in stock! With every option I wanted - like it was meant to be. Impulse buy! I want to take him to the zoo, aquarium, botannical garden, etc. I haven't wanted to tote around a doll like this in years!

 

@chameleon0891 , I've actually been tempted to get a second Brioche in a different color but I'm afraid that would be a bit excessive. Besides, my Burton Tomcat, Nero, might feel left out.

 

@k6doll, Grey would be tempting, as I have a real-life grey kitty and it is one of my favorite cat colors!

 

@k6doll , that would be fantastic! I hope you will continue to sculpt more animals too!

Phanuel's wonderful pics also hooked me, as well - they're quite enchanting! I'm currently working on the face-up for my Mint Brioche, which is my first Nympheas Doll. I was quite taken with the Cream Brioche one, too, but that one was long sold out, like the tan and grey. I liked that it had a simpler, cleaner face-up - with less black detailing and pink nose - and that's what I'm trying to achieve with my mint one.

I just ordered Mialypso (with a crystal tail) earlier this week - love mermaids and love cats, so the best combination for me! I may even craft a slip on mermaid tail for Brioche, as well. I look forward to Mialypso's arrival later this year. With her, I chose to get the face-up and body blushing - looked a bit too complex for me to try that myself. Plus, it came out so beautifully, k6doll! Great job - love her!

Thank you, k6doll! The little doll is by Violetpie on Etsy (Violetpie Shop of Little Things by violetpi) and I had it for sometime without taking a photo of it. Brioche claimed it for her own when she arrived.
