Nottingham Christmas Party Event!**

Hello everyone! I'd like to take this opprotunity to invite you all to an event in the East Midlands, United Kingodm. I am planning a Christmas Party Event which will take place on the 13th of December, 2009. Unforunately there will be a small cost of £5 per person to attend this Event, however, I will not show a profit from it and will keep records of all spending related to the event. They will be made available to anyone who would request to see them.


So far, I have been in contact with a few doll companies to see if they would be willing to provide promotional materials as well as possible door prizes that we can draw for during the event. So far, I have been offered promotional items/prizes from the following companies:

The Sleeping Elf/Tinybear

Mimi Woo

Individuals on the forum that have offered items to contribute to either our door prize raffle or our
goody bags are:

AND I am currently discussing via email with some other companies what they would be willing to contribute!


The venue has a capacity for 100 people, and any money left after the costs of the event have been met will be included as a door prize. It could be as little as £1, but you know, every draw needs a boobie prize!

Name of Event: Nottingham Christmas Party
Location: Via Fossa, 44 Canal Street, Nottingham, United Kingdom (it is a pub with a rather large function room and under 18's are welcome!)
Cost per person: £5
Time : 1pm, until we all decided to go home. We have the function room until 11pm!
What you will get for your money: A small goody bag, and entered into our door prize draw with prizes donated both from forum members and doll companies!

PLEASE NOTE, FOOD AND DRINK ARE NOT INCLUDED!

I really hope we can get good attendance and if it all goes well I would be willing to host another event of this nature!

Please contact me/send payment of £5 BEFORE the first of November. At least one of our kind donors has offered to include an item per goody bag and needs to know how many to send to me.

I am THRILLED to announce this bit of news too:

A doll has been donated to our event by the absolutely lovely team at Little Monica! They have also offered us some promotional items to hand out at the event!
