I received order confirmation via email within 24 hrs. My shipping notice and tracking number were sent out exactly one week later, and my doll arrived 5 days after that.

The kit was packed well, and I received a thank-you gift in addition to my purchase.

The only small problem I encountered was that the tracking number sent to me with the shipping notification was incorrect. The numerical portion was off by 4 digits. If you order from Noppin and your tracking info hasn't entered the system after 48-72 hours, you might want to email them to double-check your number.

Apart from that, the transaction was perfect!
