Hello! I just ordered a JWD 42cm Girl Body in Real Skin directly from the Withdoll website -- I'd made an account and everything and put in all of my details correctly. When it came time to check out, I selected that I wanted to pay via PayPal because I wanted to try their Pay-in-4 option for the first time, just to see how it made a difference between that and paying in full. When the order successfully went through, Withdoll gave me a notification that said the payment details (which means, I assume, where to send the money via PayPal) would be sent to my email address, but I never got an email from Withdoll. I know that their website says that their PayPal email address is [email protected], but I suppose I'm nervous that I didn't get the payment info email in the first place. I know that my email address is correct in the system. Should I just email Withdoll via that email and ask them to re-send the payment info email? Has anyone else had this problem in the past when paying via PayPal directly through the Withdoll website?
I have ordered directly from them twice and they do not send an email. It changed and they are not able to update the checkout process so you have to cancel your order and redo the checkout process. When you are putting in your address and everything at the bottom you have to select PayPal and then click check out. Then when you get to the page that says your order information will be emailed you have to select pay with credit card and PayPal comes up. —

It’s actually not that clear on the website so I’m happy to help, there is some information on there but it is hard to find and outdated.
Korean doll companies generally only respond to questions on their site's Q&A board. They don't really respond to emails, especially ones sent to their PayPal account. If you still have a problem with payment, you should try contacting them via their Q&A board.
Thank you for the info -- luckily, this has already been resolved! I'll keep in mind to stick to the Q&A boards the next time I order directly from a Korean doll company

Thanks for this, I made my first order from them recently and was wondering the same. For those of you who have ordered from Withdoll before, is the “order status” page (where you insert your name/email/order number) kept up to date? I know not to expect an email but was hoping I could rely on that for keeping up with my order.
I get confirmation emails from them after paying but I heard some people don’t. The order status page usually is up to date for me. I can’t remember what it says when it’s in production but on shipping is when it is shipped.
Yeah I never got a confirmation email but I can see that the order is 'confirmed' - thanks for your reply, it's good to know I'll be able to see when it ships out!
