Awww...that's too bad! Even though Volks has Int'l orders on their website he was still able to get lots of stuff that was either listed as out of stock on the website or not listed at all...like the optional heads! :cry: Come to think of it...can anyone else get the Volks optional heads for int'l buyers?
Maybe we all can convince him to reconsider? He's the only one who can find me all the shoes I want because the website nearly never has anything.
That's sad. When I first was figuring out how to get my SD's I was uncertained about how to complete the transaction. I ended up my kids from Masamichi. He was great. He made it so easy and worry free. -Cat-
I've seen a head or two lying around in a glass cabinet in the Domuya store...perhaps they could help? I'm not sure if it was a one-off thing (maybe they did a head swap) or if they can actually bring the heads in on demand, though.
domuya can get you volks parts, they said. including optional hands, feet and legs, it was a question posted on the most wanted list. I've never ordered through misamichi.. when i made m yfirst purchase i ordered through minako at frill frill but i dont even think shes taking orders anymore..
I'm still glad that he can help us get stuff on YJA. But finding little things like a can of Mr. Super Clear, Volks shoes & wigs are not so easy to get. Everything is always "sold out" on the Volks site. =P
You know... all of this should have been sent to him, not on here Perhaps somene should send him the link? Maybe if he knows how everyone feels, he'll reconsider? Even if it's limited to things you can't get on the website.
Oh, thats too bad! I read now this topic and I cant believe it How can we do without Masamichi?I bought all dolls (except 2) from he! The Volks store hasnt many things available, wigs, eyes, shoes and dresses...plus Volks store doesnt put a lower value on things you buy so (mostly here in Italy) I'm sure I'll pay customs' fees upon packages and for a doll that costs so much...fees are high :cry: Where could I order my dolls? This is shocking for me! I' m really sad to ear that Plus, Domyua, can order things such optional heads, hands and else, but their prices are higher than Masamichi's fees!
Now that is a blow. O_O How awfull... I'm lucky I managed to buy my Unoa through Masamichi then! But how can we do without his help for all the other products? I didn't want to buy from the Volks site directly, hence why I was thinking of using Masamichi again soon (especially for dolls). Now this is all shoot to hell. Damn.

That´s just so sad. There isn´t everything available through Volks´ online-shop... I got my first dolls through Masa, and I always loved dealing with him...he was so nice and answered any silly question. Dealing with him, I really felt like being taken good care of.
