40–49cm Dolls Nine9Style Muse41 Milk

Here is my second unboxing post for the day! Earlier, I posted my Luts Zuzu Delf Fenny unboxing (/threads/luts-zuzu-delf-fenny.892821/), but my Nine9Style order arrived at the same time!

I had known that Nine9Style made dolls previously, such as the BunnyNine line, but I didn't realise they still did! I was doing some archiving of some older discontinued sculpts when I went onto the Nine9Style website and noticed they still had dolls for sale. When I saw the Muse version of Milk, I was entranced. I was able to order her in Korean won via a Wise bank transfer, which I would definitely recommend to avoid paying the mark-up in USD if your currency is weaker like mine. It was a little stressful waiting to hear they had received the money, but all was fine!

There was an incredibly quick turnaround time. I paid for her at the start of January and she shipped mid-Feb! I definitely didn't expect she would arrive at the same time as my Fenny, who I ordered in the Luts discontinuation sale. Despite being shipped on different days as well, both dolls boarded the same flight to New Zealand! I have never had a brand new doll arrive that quickly.

I thought it was so funny that the bag was a Fennec Fox bag, as I had just finished opening Fenny! I had to take a quick photo of her posing with it.


I hadn't seen any other Muse41 dolls around, and I was very pleasantly surprised that this doll is a really great poser! I might even say it is one of the best posers I have. The body moves so fluidly and holds very well. The small breast body is also not too girlish, which is good because I wanted this doll to be a boy! I've named him Algernon.



I really love how the face-up looks in person. I have such a weakness for slightly open mouths. There's a little bit of pink blush on the ears, and a bit of glitter on his lips.

Overall, I'm very happy with how he looks! I've pre-ordered the DollZone Xiao Sen outfit, which I plan to give to him (hopefully it isn't too far away!) and I ordered a pair of green eyes and a wig for him when I saw he had shipped. For now, I've put him in an oversized blouse as I don't have any 1/4 boy clothes at all besides what it is on Casimir (my Little Monica Bear).
