I love these dolls and the master. Her new dolls are so elegant and graceful. I couldn't get one on her first preorder, but hope to get on second one.

 

I joined her March preorder! I'm dying to receive mine, though I think I will be in the last batch due to color.

 

omg, I was so sad I missed the last preorder. I cannot wait for the next preorder! Also, what's up!? I need to see some pix from people who have received their dollies!

 

These dolls are gorgeous. I've been dreaming of getting one for a while now but not sure if I'll make it to the next preorder either.

By the way, why is this thread on Large dolls section? The dolls are msd sizes as they are 43 cm / 17 inch on tiptoe.

 

AnnieStar, I'm not sure, on my screen it show they're on mini section. It might have been fixed. I just did a search for Chimera Doll though (I've been craving a new doll that is highly poseable!) I think I really like Bat and Birdie the best but I was hoping to see more owner photos.

 

I would love to see more owner photos of these! I've never really seen a closed eye doll I liked until Mole, and now I am considering one. I snooped around on Instagram and could only find one owner photo of that sculpt with a faceup (she looked great).

As far as I know, not all dolls have come from the factory. Among them may be more Moles. I really hope to see more photos from their owners.

 

Does anyone have any idea what her lead times are like? I looked for a waiting room for this artist, but since this thread is fairly new, I'm guessing one doesn't exist yet?
I think she's currently receiving dolls for the last pre-order, but I cannot determine from her Instagram when that happened. I saw on another post that she may be opening pre-orders again in November (guessing this is based on the workload for the dolls she's receiving right now). I'm very new to the hobby but I'm thinking about just going for it on the next pre-order! Just curious what I'd be in for.

I was able to order a doll with two face plates from Nina's last preorder. This time the number of dolls was less than with the first preorder, so the time to wait is shorter. I ordered Birdy and additional face is Mole. Love her sweet sleeping face. Skin #2. So excited for this doll.

Hi everyone. This is my fantastic Chimera doll ,Tiger/Fox faces. Came this month after a long long time waiting. .

 

They both are absolutely stunning. Love how different they look.

I am also expecting my Mole/Birdie. They are all ready, but Nina is holding them for a better time to ship. I don't want the package to sit somewhere for a long time, or to get lost. I hope that soon it will be okay to ship it.

 

Hello! I would like to show you my Chimera Doll. It's my 2020's gift to myself). I found it by chance in instagram. It was so unhappy.

Absolutely right. I have one doll from another artist is ready and will ask to hold it too untill a better time. Such a horrible situation.

Great to have found this Chimera discussion thread. Have loved Nina’s dolls for a while now and was lucky enough to have been able to order Fox in March 2019. She arrived in August 2019 so a 5 month wait. She has makeup and body blushing by Nina.

Ohh I am also expecting my Bat.... preorder lasted only 7 minutes this time) But the doll will be cast only in March so long to wait

 

I was lucky enough to get into the last pre-order and am excited to get my Wolf (and Bat faceplate). I went a little overboard with the extra accessories and shoes she makes as well. She's such an incredible artist

Omg my Chimera arrived this week and she's even more beautiful than I imagined. Here are a couple pictures of Bat in Smoke resin, along with a Fox and Wolf faceplate. The dog mask, wig and shoes were also made by Nina

I got a Smoke Bat myself and just finished up her faceup last week. She's still wigless and naked though, but these dolls are just so stunning and full of character that I could not help taking photos Here is my Dru. It's short for Druscilla.

Ahhh, all of your guy's dolls are amazing and simply stunning! I am waiting on preorders to open on June 5th 2021, I am going to have to decide if I want fox, koi, or mink they are all so precious looking and I can not make up my mind at all, I really love how Nina sculpted their hands and separated toes for the feets, she is really a gem of a artist and so unique. I just wish I can order them all. I am also happy to have found this thread!

 

I love all your dolls they are stunning! I missed out on the pre-order but am actively looking for my grail (fox skin 3) wish me luck in obtaining one of these beauties !

 

I tried so hard to get in on the preorder in June, but there were only very limited dolls , and they were sold out in about 30 seconds. I love them so much, and hope to be lucky enough to acquire one some day.

Does anyone have any recommendations for clothing that fits Chimera? I'd like to make some myself, but I've been really slow at it and it would be nice to get some pieces in the meanwhile. Do you get your clothes from folks that make it for Chimera specifically, or do sizes for other dolls work?

 

Surprisingly, but PashaPasha clothing fits perfectly. Also I’ve recently bought DIY kit for MetisDoll, and it’s works for Chimera too) Here the result

Thank you all for sharing your pictures of your Chimera girls. Absolutely love these sculpts, they are so detailed and have so much beauty. They look very high fashion and model-esque. Now, I am debating on which face to pick for my first one.

Checkout fox, wolf and maybe tiger. For me these are the most beautiful (and awkward) faces that Chimera dolls have. If I was you I would try to buy more than one face.

I am sooo temped to buy multiple heads. They are all so unique, it can be hard to pick just one.

As a feline lover, "Tiger" and the retired "Cat" sculpts are one of my many favorites. ^.ᆽ.^= ∫

On the Chimera order page, I wanted to select Tiger; however, it's no longer available. I heard that Nina discontinued "Tiger" a little while back. The silver lining is that Nina left the ordering open for now. ♥

 

At the moment, dolls can be bought from Nina by writing a letter to her, the preorder is always open. As far as I know, the author does not do makeup now, the dolls themselves are gorgeous! High-quality polyurethane, high mobility, who does not have in the collection, I advise you to buy
