The workshop was in October last year and also October the year before. Don't remember what the prices were but they were very reasonable since pretty much all meals and materials were included. You need to factor on flights and hotel though. The only requirements were the age limit which was 21+ I think, otherwise artists from any level were welcome. I guess you'd better stay tuned for any announcements on future events...
