Meetup New York City meetup - October 7th, 2023

I'm so happy I finally made it back to the New York City doll meet today! It was a great time with lots of great dolls and friendly people. We also had some beautiful Blythes, and was one of them a Pullip? I'm already looking forward to the next one. Maybe I'll make it in November, and if not then perhaps December. Also, almost all of these photos were taken on my cell phone camera. I only kept one from my old point and shoot. The flash was a failed experiment, and I didn't like how the non-flash photos turned out.

Since we had so many Blythes today, here's a bonus photo I took after a BJD meet back in February of 2014. This was on 5th Avenue, somewhere between 53rd and 57th Street. I thought the Blythe people would appreciate it.

 

Thank you, Alison! I'm glad you liked the pics Yes, sometimes off topic dolls join us, but they're welcomed. I love seeing the Blythe dolls, especially that customized relaxing one. I thought she was a Pullip at first, but someone on Facebook confirmed it for me.

Can someone tell me more about this doll at yesterday's meet? I believe she belongs to the nice lady who was among the first few of us at the meet, but I could be wrong. A friend of mine is asking for more information about this doll.
