Terms & Conditions:

• Legit only, no recasts. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
• Sending me a picture of what you would like is very helpful; however I will not copy another artists' work or quality 100%. Please confirm in my portfolio if my style is right for you.
• Please understand I have low prices as it is artist’s choice, and I am an amateur faceup artist and my work is not perfect. Please expect there may be some small asymmetry or mistakes.
• Allergy warning: I do have dogs in my household.

How it works:

1. Read everything.
2. If I am open, send commission form.
3. Please let me know of any existing damage, staining, or sensitivity to materials.
4. Wait back for my approval & address.
5. Pay upfront.
6. Take a picture of doll head.
7. Package doll head with head back (so I can test materials on head back first and make sure it won’t damage the resin.)
8. Please package with a plastic face plate, or Starbucks/7-11 round cup top. I do not have extra face masks.
9. Please include eyelashes if possible.
10. Ship head(s) to me.
11. I will confirm receipt & condition of doll heads with you.
12. When I start your head, I will send a picture of steps before sealant.
13. Upon your approval I will continue to next step.
14. After finishing, I will package your head with original packing, calculate shipping
15. You pay shipping from me to you.
16. I ship your head back

Pricing:

What I won't do:

Revisions:
As this is artist’s choice for a low price, revisions are very limited to small change before sealant, and not guaranteed.
If I finish and you request a 100% do-over, I do charge a fee of 75% of the cost of a new faceup.

Shipping:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and any customs or duties.
I highly recommend insuring your parcel to the full dollar amount, as I am not responsible for loss or damage in the mail.
If you choose no insurance or not full coverage, payment must be friends/family, only so that customer is responsible.

Shipping within USA:

1. First class with tracking and purchased insurance. Slowest but still insured. Approx. $8
2. Priority mail with tracking and insurance. Includes $50 insurance automatically, additional available. Approx. $14
3. EMS, fastest and most secure.

Shipping outside USA:

International orders may require customs or duties to be paid. You can mark down the value to help avoid or lower the cost, but your parcel will only be insured for the declared amount. Please provide me your preferred shipping method and declared value.

1. First class international. Cheapest method, least safe, uninsured, basic tracking. Approx. $18
2. Priority mail international: medium shipping speed, includes tracking and $200 insurance. Approx $34
3. EMS: fastest and most secure

Materials:

• Windsor & Newton brush cleaner (OR acetone at your request)
• Magic sponge
• UV-cut sealant (MSC OR Volks Zoukeimura powder spray UV cut at your request)
• Watercolor pencils (Derwent)
• Chalk pastels (Nupastel and Rembrandt)
• Shimmer (Jacquard Pearl-ex: Black, white, silver, gold, citrine, rose pink, violet)
• Gloss (Liquitex regular gloss or shimmery gloss)
• Glue for lashes (Elmer’s)

As needed, I don't usually use:

• Acrylic paints(Liquitex or craft brand; small areas only such as teeth, animal noses, freckles, not available for brows or lashes)
• Liquitex paint thinner
• Watercolor gouache paint (Reeves; small areas only)
