Aesthetics New faceup - critiques greatly appreciated!

    1. I gave my Iplehouse BID a new faceup over the last few days because I felt that her original one was too heavy. I am still not really happy with her lips, so I may remove them and try again, or spray sealant and just blush them to be less heavy. Any tips for me?

    2. Beautiful! Very realistic... almost illustrative. I personally wouldn't change the lips at all.

      The only problem I can see is the cheek blushing looks a bit uneven. It resembles uneven skin though, and looks intentional in my opinion. She looks like a rosy-cheeked little kid!

    5. It's so soft and very natural looking! I can see where the lips look different though, the old one looks like the upper lip was darker, so maybe that's what's "wrong"?

    6. Very nice! I love the eyebrows. The only thing I can think of to say you might want to add is a wee bit of glaze right on the bottom lid of her eyes. Other than that, I see nothing I would change per se!

    9. It may just be the lighting but the blushing on the cheeks looks a little too orange, her lips are done in quite an orangey-red so the effect is a little overwhelming.
      When you blush next time add a tiny amount of blue to cool down the colour.

      Sorry for the late reply! You may be right. Her lips still bug me a little bit, but I have decided to just leave her alone since I am happy with the rest of the faceup. She will eventually (some day) need a new one anyway, and I can fix the lips then.

      Thanks for critiquing! :) It is indeed the lighting/editing that makes her look orange. My old camera exaggerating orange tones in everything, for some reason. I do appreciate and agree with the suggestion, though!
