Jeeryama is the best seller i have ever dealt with online, i must have plagued her with questions for months before i ordered my first doll from them. Not only was Jeeryama infinitely patient and kind with my questions and concerns, but when i did order i was spoiled with freebies too! i Honestly cannot wait to order again, i am just saving enough to make a big order first ^^ I honestly will probably only buy dolls from jeeryama and maybe junkyspot from now on. You can feel very safe in ordering from them.

I ordered 2 Doll in Jeers shop this year. 1. HZ XiaoHan 2. Popodoll YiFan My first doll was shipped faster than expected. Popodoll needed a bit longer. Shipping in itself took about 1 week to germany. I made payment via paypal (very easy) I love both dolls. They are even more beautiful than the pics shows. The outfit (HZ white suit as pic) was delivered in the wrong size. They sent me a new one in the fith size and didn't ask me to return the too big outfit. I know them as very kind, committed and fast in answering questions. For sure I will by in her their shop again. ( The HZ outfits are stunning)

* What did you order? My Dollzone Limited Edition Asura. * When did you order? On the 21st of September. * How was the communication? Truthfully, I've rarely come across dedicated people like that on ebay. Christina, who is responsible for customer support, answered very fast everytime, gave a much details as possible, and was always very patient with all my silly questions! * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. Once you know them a bit, sending them money through paypal is easy enough, and their layaway program is very customer-friendly. I mean, once they tell you the 'ok' for the layaway, you can pay at your own rythm, without any limitations except for the due delay (3 months) and the first payment of 50$ or more. * How long did it take to ship? Despite the fact that a problem occured at the moment of shipping, they were not at fault. As a matter of fact, they even contacted their post office as soon as I told them something was wrong with the tracking number, and they quickly resolved the problem. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Well, they are a dealer, they don't really have anything to do with that. All I can say is that they don't overcharge people for the products they sell, they use the very same selling price as the companies themselves. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? I asked about this and got a lie about the package having been returned to them by the postal service - but if that was true the original tracking number wouldn't work (which it did once it was shipped) and it would have at least scanned to say it had shipped (which it didn't until 10 days later). I order through Clover Singing which is Jeeryama's own e-store. It doesn't go through eBay so you get items a little cheaper. I ordered DZ Deer head even though at the time it wasn't on their menu. When I emailed I got an immediate response and she placed the item in their store and I was able to order it. I had a $10 coupon from ordering from them on eBay and was able to use it on Clover Singing. The head arrived with CoA, eyes and a little gift. I order through Clover Singing unless Jeeryama has something I want in stock.

POSITIVE FEEDBACK What did you order? Xaga Doll Xagadoll Strawberry Shortcake fullset doll, with additional optional parts When did you order? February 19, 2021 How was the communication? Very good. Christina responded quickly to my questions and arranged a custom order for me that included items not listed on the website. I reached out after the initial shipping estimate passed, and she informed me of the updated longer wait times. I was messaged when my order shipped. Even when I had questions during the holiday, she responded back to me promptly. How easy was it to pay? Very easy. I used PayPal. This was prior to the fees mentioned for later orders. How long did it take to ship? The initial estimate was 5 to 6 months. My order shipped September 25, 2021—about 7 months. When my package shipped, I misunderstood that it was BOTH dolls that I had ordered, and I was very confused and upset when only one doll arrived. Christina responded very quickly (despite the holidays) to my messages and assured me that only one doll was shipped me, and the other will be shipped separately. It was pretty harrowing to think that only half of my order arrived, so I appreciate that she cleared that up within 24 hours. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Generally, yes. Did the item look like the sales pictures? No. The eyes pictured in the sales photos were not included in the fullset for the doll. This was not Christina‘s fault, this was a choice from Xaga Doll not clearly communicated in the fullset details. Were you satisfied with the product? The doll is very cute, but I am disappointed that the eyes were not included. If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? When I reached out to Christina about the eyes, she let me know that the eyes were limited edition and needed to be purchased separately. They are sold out. I wish I had known when I ordered in February that the eyes needed to be purchased separately. I would have bought them. I didn’t find them listed anywhere from Xaga when Strawberry Shortcake and Birthday Cake were being advertised, so I didn’t know that they were a separate purchase. I have very little hope of finding them second hand. Would you order from this company again? I would order with Christina and Clover Singing again. I am unsure if I would order from Xaga again.
