I never thought about getting tiny cute BJD, but saw this one and immediately fell in love - this mold reminded me of my furbaby Enotik, so I had no other option but make an order. And after one month of processing and one week of delivery package finally arrived - not so small, but very lightweight box, it was hard to believe that it's not empty at all. Spoiler - it wasn't empty To bite or not to bite - is not the question at all! I ordered blank doll in white skin with additional fists. I actually thought that left postcard, with beautiful promo photo of Salt in sunlight, _is_ a certificate and was a bit disappointed that it's just postcard. Seems like someone is not happy that she's (yeah, this mold supposed to be boy, but my Enotik is female so her mini version will be "she" too) still in her lodgement. No matress or foam, just piece of paper and simple strap. But look what was hidden on the back of lodgement - real certificate! Hello world! (omg it's so tiny!) Hands oh magnets (and additional fists - on hooks, that's sad). No problems with standing. Tail on magnet too With prototype (sorry for messy background!) Thanks for watching!
Adorable! DM's anthros are among my very favorites...looking forward to seeing her when she's finished and looking like her extremely curious prototype. (But...her fists are on hooks and can't be connected? That's just weird. You should definitely complain to DM and ask for a refund!)
Holy moly I want this with a people head! I'll have to do a little photoshop to see how this looks next to a 70cm. I love it so much!
Oh, sorry, I was unclear in this moment - default hands consists from two parts, palm and wrist connected by magnets, and on the other side wrist part is connected to the forearm by hook. So it's possible to replace this two-part hand for fist, but it's not as easy as with magnets
Unfortunately, my painting skills are below zero, but I believe my makeup artist will do some magic I also own 62 cm and 65 cm boys and can make comparison photos if you want.
I think I should add it here It took almost a year before I managed to get my cat back from the makeup artist But at least the work was done, and I have my Salt painted now Sorry for messy background! IMG_20210304_115259 by Welcome to Uncanny Valley!, on Flickr
This little girl is so sweet! and I really love the furry details and the dark/light contrast of her body! One year is definitely a long time for finishing the makeup, but at least the end result is great!
