Negative Feedback Negative feedback for Effiedreams

I bought what was marked as a Dina pout head from Effiedreams. Upon arrival, I opened the head to wipe the faceup and discovered that this wasn't the correct head and was instead the 2021 Juri head. Upon contacting Effiedreams, they basically told me I was out of luck and to deal with it myself.

I mistakenly paid them FF, and they offered me no real solution. I was told to sell the head myself because they didn't have money to refund me. They said they would maybe refund me at the end of January if they had enough money by then (after I asked them several times when they would be able to refund me), and I find this unacceptable. I trusted them to pay them FF and they sold me the WRONG ITEM entirely, yet won't take responsibility for their mistake. They blamed it on the previous seller, but they wouldn't take any real responsibility.

As far as I'm concerned it feels scam-like and I'm extremely upset. I got sold the entirely wrong item and it shouldn't be on me to make up for their mistake on my own. This head isn't what I thought I was buying.

 

In the end, I don't feel like you have any real defense. You sold me the wrong item through a method based on trust and will not take any real responsibility for your mistake. It should not be on me to sell it or take care of it, and I've told you there were reasons why I didn't want to. It is your responsibility to know what you're selling, inspect it as well instead of shifting blame around. The blame shifting is just wild.

I apologize if it seems like I am being harsh, but I don't have much patience for things like this anymore. I don't have anything to add to this and I don't want to deal with the back and forth when I'm the one who lost out and you aren't taking responsibility. I feel like I'm repeating myself through PM and here and not being heard so there's nothing that can be done. I wish I hadn't paid FF so I could get my money back.

Mods: I don't know what I'm supposed to do as I'm not willing to debate this through the problem transaction thread. We went in circles in PM and nothing is clearly going to come from it.

 

I understand, but it's your responsibility to check what you sell and it's on you as the seller to fix things, especially when someone trusts you enough to pay FF. I'm sorry that you're going through what you're going through, and I don't meant to be mean, but I have had SO many bad transactions lately and this really sent me over the edge. You spoke with me in circles in PM and broke the trust I gave you by paying you in a way where I can't do anything about it now. There's no way I can sell this head for the same amount of money I spent back. Sorry it came to this, but if I trusted you to pay FF with no protections for me and that's what sucks.
