I really have to do this.
As owner of SpiritDoll Dark I dreamed about SpiritDoll Moonless. So I examined MarketPlace for any threads. And I found one far in November 2014. It was really old thread, so I decided to PM the owner.

And after that our communication about selling Moonless started.
I decided to buy Moonless on layaway. The last payment was made in March.
According to the DoA rules if MP thread goes six months without a bump it will be deleted. So the thread is missing now. And that is one of a problem, because I didn't make any copy or screenshot.
The only thing she mentioned about damage in thread that SpiritDoll sticker on her head is missing. It was not a problem for me, so I made all payments during those 4 months.
A bunch of surprises begun when I received Moonless.
I have a lot of dolls, so I can see whether the doll was handled carefully or not. In this case condition of the doll wasn't so good. During her cleaning I found a lot of scratches. damages, torso's color difference and some spots on the face.


















I understand that the doll is limited, but I think that the price I paid for Moonless with such damages (650$) is a little bit high.
I wrote to her hoping that she would explain everything to me. I didn't receive any answer till now.

I decided to clean Moonless because she was dirty a little. And I was shocked a little. You didn't mention about it. So I have some questions yo you.
1. Are you the first and only owner of Moonless?
2. What's wrong with her nails?! How did you do that?

3. The chest-part. It has another color than other parts of body. It's more lighter. Did you change it? Maybe it was broken. so Spirit changed it to you.

Waiting for your explanations.
I don't want to quarrel with you, really. I just feel some disappointment.

I want to get refund of my last payment. I think it would be fair.
boeyboey123, contact me, please! If I don't hear back from you soon I'll have no other option but to open a Paypal dispute before my refund window closes.

but i will use the uv cut protect to protect the doll, so you can clear it off, and the skin will better, the yellow is on the protect uv cut, it can clear out, and the doll has made on 2010, it will had little yellow​

You didn't understand me.
I cleaned her and saw all that scratches and spots on her head. I can't do nothing with that. The doll is not in good condition. And I'm still waiting your explanation about all her damages on nails, scratches on her leg, spots on her face which can not be removed.

I opened PayPal dispute DNS that is the answer of boeyboey123:
hi, u hv already rec'd the doll on 18/4/2015 the little yellow i was already mention on my post & the doll was in gd condition b4 ship out, photo hd sent to u b4 u buy. Also, if it hd any problem, u need to told me once rec'd not now. So i can't refund.
She's ignoring my opened problem transaction and doesn't want to listen me at all.

 

My attempts to come to a common agreement failed.
I think boeyboey123 doesn't want to admit all this damages. She's confident that the doll is fine. I asked her every time about hands and I had no answer till now. I'm tired of all this endless conversation and I escalated my dispute to claim.

 

PayPal closed the case. I didn't get any refund, so the only way is to leave the negative feedback.
