I made the mistake of engaging in a trade with Czechmix back in August.
We agreed on a mailing date, I sent my items as agreed on. Even before we shipped, problems arose as she took my selling pictures and posted them to her facebook selling page and attempted to sell items I hadn’t even shipped yet. She claimed they were hers as she had already shipped. Her provided tracking number says she shipped three days later.
She received her items I sent around a week later and sent me a very happy PM indicating she was satisfied. She never once claimed my items were “poorly packaged” as she decided to add when leaving feedback to me.
My item, a Volks SD13 body, never arrived. She mislabeled my address and continues to fight with me over how I gave her an invalid address. I have checked countless times at this point and my address given is very much where I live. I have bought 2 more dolls from DOA since giving her that address and all have arrived with no problem – just like all my other mail does. When I asked her what was wrong with the address she tells me the “label was ripped” and yet, still posts that this is my mistake and I gave her the wrong address.
Mid September when the parcel was returned to her, she offered to ship it again, I declined and requested a refund, she agreed with no problems as I honestly felt the package would never arrive from her. She told me she could not send the refund in September 30[SUP]th[/SUP]. With no choice, I agreed and gave her my paypal address.
September 30[SUP]th[/SUP] came, I sent her another friendly message giving her my paypal address one more time.
The refund didn’t come, and I sent her a messaged explaining that this was getting ridiculous and I was tired of waiting. Again, she claims this is entirely my fault and say the refund may take two days for she bank to clear the cheque.
Oct 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] comes and she can’t refund me because she “doesn’t have my paypal”
After a long battle, I received the refund this afternoon in the amount we agreed on and instead of walking away, she has decided to give me negative feedback for “giving her an invalid address and harassing her.”
If needed, I have all of the messages back and forth from us to provide this acount is true.
This was, by far, the most negative transaction I’ve had with someone. Czechmix has been a nightmare from the start and constantly needed to pretend to be a victim throughout the transaction and could never once taken fault. I would not, under any circumstance, work with her again, nor would I ever hope that anyone has to.
This was finally resolved, but not happily and not without a fight.

You asked me to trade.
I forced you into a sale? No. I insisted on a refund for the payment of my property. Simple as that.

I can’t possibly even begin to try to understand you. Never once through this mess have you ever once been able to own up to your mistakes - it's incredibly frustrating to keep a business tone to this.

Yes, you sent a package – a package that YOU misaddressed. Or, at the very least, one you didn't attach the address to properly, as you first claimed when you received the package back. But if that was the case, why are you claiming my address was invalid?There is a VERY simple question here; WHY would I purposely give you an invalid address? At this point, I shipped nearly a week before you finally got around to sending me my item. What do I have to gain from this other than a lot of stress?
I’m actually in the middle of dealing with Canada post as I recently sent an item that arrived damaged. This package was sent to the US.
I’m bringing this up because at the point of our transaction, I believed you when you said I had to deal with the post claim because the issue was in my country – what a joke! Any problem is ENTIRELY on the sender! Which CP had told me up front but I had no reason not to believe you. You’ve been a liar since day one, whether you want to own up to this or not – but I still have every one of our messages saved. You needed to deal with the claim, you refused. There was nothing I could do – they had NO proof that I was the actually receiver of the parcel!

I sent you 3 minifee heads, a pair of feet, and nearly 10 pairs of eyes and wigs – don’t you dare try and act like I tried to take advantage of an unfair trade. If the body was worth more, why trade with me?

And again, no. You gave me several different days I would supposedly receive a refund. Those days came and went and without any word from you unless I prompted. Yes, I insisted on a refund (because honestly, when you’ve stated how many times that my address was “invalid” when I was going to have to give you the same address, because hey, that’s actually where I live, why would I want you to resend it?) because at the end of the day, you made it very clear that you were happy keeping what I sent you and that if I wanted to see my money back, I needed to fight for it.

Like I said, this transaction was a nightmare from the start. I will never, under any given circumstance, deal with Czechmix in any way, shape or form, again.

Czechmix, this transaction is over, there is nothing more I can say to you that I haven’t repeated above from my original post. I’m not going to keep fighting with you on a resolved issue. This has caused me far more stress and tears than it's worth.
If poor SoldierofTwilight had posted her negative transaction accord with you before ours had begun, I never would have agreed to this trade.
You did absolutely everything in your power to make this transaction as difficult as possible. You did nothing in your power to attempt to please me. You, without a doubt, 100% deserve this negative feedback.

You just keeping digging yourself deeper and it's not worth it anymore, I imagine this is causing you just as much grief as it is me.

 

I appreciate you taking the time to response to this thread, however moot any further points may be, and of course, how concerned you are with my mailing affairs. In the same respect, please be careful with your future transactions and anyone tricked into dealing with you on DoA or otherwise.
I understand your above post, I'm glad you cleared that up for me, though as you basically posted the same reply in your other active problem transaction, so I'm not sure it was necessary here.

I'm thrilled this is over on both our parts, I'm sure that's something we can both relate on. But, as a word of warning, please remember this:
This is a tight knit community. This is not your only scamming attempt on DoA. And the 2 problem threads you having here is only adding to the complaint list and Bad Dolly Deals for Anna Chandler/Czechmix. You may be "done" on here, but I hope that doesn't mean you'll continue you scams on facebook as you have been. You may think you've won by moving to another fourm, but we are a group of people who will do anything we can to watch the backs of fellow members here.
