    1. I have had the worst online experience with this user/business.
      It started in December 2014 when Hephaestus Aesthetics posted a Christmas deal with their face-up service offering a two for the price of one offer (A DOA post i can no longer find). I messaged Sherri Lee about taking up one of her spots as soon as my second head arrived, which may be in January. She agreed that would be acceptable and I posted the heads off, with tracking in January 2015. Sherri informed me she had received the heads soon after. We spoke about their progress until March when she went offline on DOA and on Facebook. I waited patiently, checked to see if she had been online, messaged for progress or at least a reply and was greeted with silence. I received a reply on DOA from someone in May, informing me that Sherri had been hospitalized and they would return my heads. I described them as best i could and sent my address but never received another reply.
      I continued to keep an eye on DOA and Facebook for online activity and waited patiently to see if my heads were ever coming back. It wasn't until September I checked her Facebook profile and was able to see she had been active back in August. I contacted her again and tagged her in a post on Facebook before I received a reply. She told me the heads had been sent by her Mother and I should have received them. When I queried about a tracking number she said she was trying to find me one. Now, as far as I can tell, she has either blocked me from her Facebook or deleted her personal Facebook and Hephaestus Aesthetics business page.

      I am now at a loss of x2 Doll heads one very sentimental and $61.00 USD.
      For me to regain these losses, new dolls would need to be purchased as they were both significantly aged in color (new heads would not match), Costing approx $735.00 USD
      It is going on 10 months of being screwed around by this user, I dont think my heads were ever sent. I dont want anyone else to go through this sort of ordeal and it seems she may have done this in the past, but that user at least had a happy ending.

    3. I have been replying her nonstop on Facebook and have already explained the matter to her. I honestly have been doing my best to track the parcel which was mailed out ages ago and I only found out recently from her that they were not received. I have been in and out of hospital alot and am in the process of moving house. Please be reasonable. I am doing my best. Will update when I have news.

    4. Telling me that I have done the same in the past is blackening my name on the forum when I have done nothing wrong except fall ill. If you had told me earlier I would have been able to more easily find the receipts but as you were quiet for so long I assumed you had already received the dolls.

      You can see through our conversations on DOA I re-inquired about the heads postage on the 1st of July after hearing no response from Sherri1993 regarding the message I had sent on the 25th of May.
      I also sent an email to [email protected] the email address provided on Sherri1993's DOA account and the email I made my paypal payment to on the 6ht of August that I can also supply evidence of.
      You can also view that I attempted to make contact through the Hephaestus Aesthetics Facebook Page on the 16th of July, and again on the 15th of September, which is the day before she started to reply to me via her personal account. I had also tagged her in a post on a Facebook BJD group on the 15th of September.

      The statement regarding to this happening in the past can be viewed on a Problem transactions thread dated 29th March 2011 and reads to have similar circumstances.
      I am more than happy to resolve this matter and "un-blacken" your name once my heads have been returned to me, or at least proof of postage or a tracking number

    7. I have responded to her nonstop on Facebook since the incident and I will continue to do so there. No point pursuing this on both forums. I have no idea why she would prefer to hold two separate conversations repeating the same points over and over again when I have already answered them on the other platform.
       
    8. There's also the fact that you took 2months to get back to me about parcels you had not received. Post never takes that long and it would have been safe for me to assume that you had already received the dolls and just hadn't updated me. I've been trying nonstop to help since you informed me of the this fact regardless of the methods that you chose to come at me. If I had been out to cheat you of your dolls I would not even bother replying now as I probably would have expected this kind of backlash. Please try to understand that the only mistake I made is not having gotten my mother to take pictures of the dolls before postage. I usually post parcels out on my own but I had fallen seriously ill and could not make the trip to the post office or handle any dolls. A fact that I had informed you. I have been trying to find the receipts since you first informed me that the parcels had not arrived. Here is an update:

      1. I have been subtly asking my mother about their whereabouts as she is extremely unhappy that I am questioning her about this after she had done me a favour. I will not create more friction in my family and cause huge discord over receipts so I am trying slowly to jog her memory.

      2. I have been searching in the packed boxes (I am in the process of moving house, I also informed you) and in files in her room that she may have kept the receipts in. This has seriously affected my respiratory issue, due to the dust and mites, which is the reason I had to stop doing faceups in the first place. The terrible haze in Singapore has also not been helping. I will be in alot of trouble if my parents find out so I am doing this when they are not at home and I am unable to cover so much in a day due to the constant coughing I am suffering from.

      3. You told me to call the post office but I am unable to do so as it has been so long since I posted out the parcel, it would have been out of the system by now even if I did have the receipts with me. That was why I mentioned it being hard for me since you came to me only after 2 months.

      4. I will continue to search for the receipts since I know that it can be terrible to lose a doll and i understand that feeling. However, I refuse to accept your accusations of my having stolen them as I did not. I would not bother replying if I had. I am trying very hard to clear up this misunderstanding as my feedback has been good before this incident and I have never experienced something like this.
       
    9. Still awaiting any communication from Sherri regarding the postal tracking of my items.
      The Singapore post website states that an inquiry into lost packages can be made up to 6 months after the posting date, so the claim that the item would be "out of the system by now" is false (given that they were posted in May), That is if sherri was to even bother continuing to look for the mystery receipts.
      Even if the parcel turns out to be missing after the inquiry, sherri should still be able to partially compensate me because registered
      airmail automatically includes insurance of up to SGD65. If the sender is able to provide proof of the value of the parcel contents (receipts, paypal invoice etc), Singpost will send a cheque to reimburse them for the missing parcel. The maximum claim amount is SGD65 for registered airmail. For EMS the insured amount is higher, and there's also the option of full insurance if the sender is willing to pay extra. I include EMS as I have no idea which postal service was used.

      At this stage I'm past being sympathetic to any friction that may be happening in your family. You had a business you were running which you handed over to your mother and ultimately your trust within her to do your job has now caused you these problems. If you cannot confront her about my lost items it is ultimately just going to cause you more problems.

      The address that I posted my items to is an apartment building and from my research the largest of apartments in the buildings is a 3 bedroom, and even if you were to have been living in a 3 bedroom unit and then moved, I'm very doubtful of it taking 3 weeks to unpack the boxes, seeing it takes under an hour to drive from one side of Singapore to the other at the longest point and most living accommodation there is apartment buildings.

      I also find it ironic that at the time you went offline for so many months that you launched a new side business...{name removed from view for privacy concerns} which specializes in aromatic oil diffusers despite you having such horrible respiratory problems.

    10. I am an investor in {name removed for privacy concerns}. I have started turning to using Essential Oils as a way to cope with my lung issues which normal medication have not been able to help. Am I to lie at home without income at all during this time as your way of thinking suggests?

      My parents are packrats to unfortunately there is actually alot of things you can stuff into a 3 room flat. The issue is not unpacking the boxes. The issue is that I have to do it one by one as I am MOVING NOT MOVED IN. Which means, unpack and then repack before moving forward with another box.

      Personally, I'm quite done with your "sympathy" because it's clear to me that dragging someone's personal life, name and possible future in a new company through the mud when you couldn't be bothered to let me know that you had yet to receive your dolls, if you truly haven't received them, which I doubt by your actions, shows "sympathy"?

      You are still giving me grief about this whole issue that personally is fault on both our parts and not wholly mine. If you're so happy to take $65 then I'm quite confused as to why you think anyone would think you hadn't just received the dolls and then got unhappy that I had not done the faceup as promised. I offered to refund you for the shipping as well as faceup if you remember correctly but you refused and now $65 means alot to you? I personally think you already got the dolls. Unfortunately for me, lack of receipts equals fault whereas no one is able to check your house personally to see if the dolls are there.

    11. I clearly said that I no longer have any sympathy for you. I think you are a liar and have cheated me of my money, my time but most importantly 2 important and sentimental doll heads.

      You state that I never tried to contact you yet I did time and time again, but then complain that I contact you too much.You never did the commission, a fact I understand as you grew ill, but what really angers me is that you never sent the heads back. You claim to have sent them back but I am yet to see any proof at all of this, or any proof you got sick. There are many people within close range to me that can verify that I never received them back and I am now stuck with 2 bodies that I will never be able to purchase replacements heads for as they are both older dolls with aged resin. I however, do have friends and family in Singapore who are quite happy to come see if you still have the heads, They are also looking into legal options for me as I'm really over your constant lying and your demeanor towards me now that I've called you out on a public forum. $65 is not what I want, I want my heads back. If not that, I want the dolls replaced fully which will be $733USD not including the postage and additional wait time.

I also wanted to mention that everything is one sided as your friends and your friends alone will determine whether or not you have the dolls with you and I'm to let strangers into my home because you would like to what? This has gone on too long and way too far. Please await the lawyer's letter in regards to this matter.
       
    14. This is clearly extortion on your part and now i'm almost certain you received the dolls back.
       
    15. {RL name removed for privacy concerns} (Downtherabbithole) has been making disparaging remarks about me on this forum including defaming me in my self-employed business. She makes unlawful threats in the hope to exact monies from me. She has no merit in her complaint on the forum. I see this as a scam by her to intimidate with the hope to make some money out of innocent people. She must be stopped for I fear that she could be intimidating others in like fashion. I have been on the forum since 2010 and I never had any issues until she came along. Her personal facebook is {name removed for privacy concerns} and her site is { removed for privacy concerns}

      I wish to make it clear I will not tolerate false accusation. Here is my police report made yesterday.

    16. Apologies to the moderators for my absence, computer was sent away for repairs and I was unable to respond.

      -Extortion would mean that I have threatened you, I merely stated costs for the moderators benefit to show just how out of pocket you have put me.
      -I have every right like any other user to make a complaint when a transaction goes wrong. I am happy to provide moderators with links to feedback on many other platforms that show I am a reliable seller/buyer.
      -Stating you have never had problems on this forum is an out right lie as there is clear evidence that you have been called upon in the problem transactions section before.
      -Moderators on DOA have full access to my messages to see that I am not "intimidating others in like fashion"
      - I have continuously provided evidence to support my claim and have done as much as I can on my end to potentially trace a package that may or may not have been sent. Sherri however has shown no evidence to support any of her claims and instantly became defensive and aggressive when confronted about the situation.
      -Sherri refused to ask her mother more about the where abouts of my package.
      -Sherri refused to find a receipt or taking number
      -Sherri refused to contact singapore post to find the package despite their website states " you can fill up an enquiry form which is obtainable at all post offices, attach the registered article receipt and present at our post office for us to follow up with the country of destination, it takes between 1 week to 3 weeks for the country of destination to revert their finding to us." to prove her "innocence".
      -Sherri refused to contact Australia post to find the package when their website states "The sender of the item should lodge a missing or late item enquiry form according to the following timeframes: If an Airmail item (including Registered Post International and Pack & Track) is more than 15 days late or If a Sea Mail item is more than 90 days late"

      As usual, I'm doing what I can on my end to try resolve this issue.

    18. UPDATE:
      Called paypal this evening and spoke to them about getting my original payment refunded, but of course due to the time frame this has all taken they were unable to help me.
      I have now reported this incident to the Australian Cyber crime Online Reporting Network (ACORN | Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network) and to Scamwatch (Home | Scamwatch) another Australian Government cyber crime reporting site.
      I will be selling my 2 leftover bodies when I have the time to list them as they are useless without their heads to hopefully recuperate the loss from this deceitful user.
