Wait Times Need advice about eBay seller mickey_haha

    1. If there has been a thread about this, dear mods, please feel free to delete. ^^ I could not find what I was looking for.

      Here is the little backstory:

      30th December 2009 I ordered 2 pairs of eyes. Until today they have not been shipped. I wondered why it takes nearly 2 weeks for them to ship some eyes but since I had ordered a wig from mickey_haha before I didn't think about being screwed. The wig I ordered before had been shipped much faster. Now I have a damaged head at home and try to rescue what is possible. I wanted to order one more pair of eyes and because my 2 pairs still had not been shipped I thought about looking for another pair in mickey_haha's eBay shop and contact the seller if it would be possible to add another pair to my order to save s/h. When I entered the shop there were no offers anymore - the store was empty. Mickey_haha got only 6 negative feedbacks, but all in the last 2 weeks.

      Now my question: Should I be in sorrow? Try to contact the seller? File a claim? *_* I'd be thankful for any advices.

      No reply so far, therefore more negative feedback was left on eBay for this seller. The eBay store is, of course, still empty. If there's no message until Friday I'll file a claim.

      I'm patient and sent another message. I'll give her 2 more days because I'd better like an update and the eyes shipped than my money back.

It would be a pity since our first transaction had been a very pleasant one. Please let me know what happened to my order because I'd prefer to not contact eBay about it.

      I did not receive a message from the seller but my order was updated. The eyes are on their way - hopefully!

      Luckily the eyes arrived today. I'm not happy with the transaction, though.

    2. You could try to contact them.... but personally I would just file a claim. You could always chat through the claim and kill two birds with one stone.

    3. i have no personal experience with that seller... but looking at some of the feedback i would definitely try to contact the seller.... if you get no response, i would open a paypal claim, before you have no option.

    4. I have just ordered some eyes from them and am awaiting them. I really hope they arrive. If they dont after a couple of weeks with no contact I would file a claim.

      Two weeks is way to long to take to ship some eyes anyway, what are they making them from scratch?

      I've contacted the seller now because I still have enough time left for a claim. In case there will be no answer or shipping notification in the next few days I'll definitely file a claim to get my money back.

      Normally I have no problem with waiting for doll stuff but 2 weeks without shipping notification, an empty eBay store and the recent negative feedback makes the whole thing look somewhat fishy >_>

    8. Just file the claim now, the fact their shop is empty, they have so much negative feedback, plus their name all make me very suspicious. It looks like they have just taken the money and run!

      Filling a claim gives them another 20 days to make amends but somehow I doubt you'll hear from them again. Sorry hun :(

    9. I'm waiting for some eyes too, since the 6th December :( I think I'm too late to claim now, I should just be greatful it didn't cost me that much money. I hope you get your money back :)

      From her other sales on a Taiwanese bidding site, she claims that the reason for slow delivery was because of the manufacture's slow production. I don't know if this is true or not, but I do hope you guys will get your item/refund soon.

    11. Blodeuwedd - It's really a pity what happened here! The first transaction I had with this seller was wonderful! I just hope to get the money back so I can buy some eyes somewhere else >_<

      carpedentum - If I remember right you have 45 days to report a problem to eBay. Maybe you can still try to get your money back? ._.

      luckyhayashi - I did not sent an email but I'v sent two messages to her through eBay. I think if she has a good reason for the delay she could just send a message to her buyers and let us know what's wrong... Nobody would be angry if the manufacture is slow and she'd leave us a message. But there's absolutely NO communication... v.v

    12. I'm waiting for a wig that I bought on 15 December. Haven't received any update on my order though... and reading the above it doesn't look good at all. I wonder if she replies to my message (just sent one today).

    14. There has been an update on my order, too! :D Obviously my items were send out today. I REALLY hope, that everything works out well for us who ordered from this seller!

      However, I have no clue why the seller didn't at least drop a message to let us know what's goin' on! >_>

    20. I have bought a few things from this seller. I started with eyes, they all came through great, fantastic quality glass eyes for an excellent price which all look amazing in. The last item I ordered was a blue wig, this did not arrive but the seller issued me with a full refund, which I found to be fair. The seller does have broken english and advoids trying to give long answers so that maybe why you do not always get an answer to any emails.
      On the whole I have found them great :)

      Hope your order arrives soon but do place in a claim if you dont get the item in time
