Payment nDoll Payment and Status Changes?

    1. I have a few questions for those that have ordered from nDoll recently.

      Do they send you any confirmation or change your status when you send them a payment manually through paypal?

      When the paypal window popped up after checking out, I couldn't scroll down to sign in(Go Firefox!), so I just sent over payment manually with my order number and emailed them to let them know yesterday. My status went from 'Incomplete' to 'Pending' which isn't really helpful and that Paypal checkout window pops up whenever I check on the Order Status. ^^;;

      Also, what should my status change to when payment is received and they're working on my doll?
      Sorry for all the questions, any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
       
    2. Great....Now my status changed to "Did Not Pay". I'm really worried now.....I sent payment already to [email protected] and sent two emails with no response... Please if ANYONE can advise me with this I could really use the help!
       
    3. Send them multiple emails to tell them that you pay for it through paypal for a few days more and see if the status changes or not. If not, then your best bet is tell paypal that you made a mistake of your payment and ask them to refund the money back to your account. The bummer is that they don't have a QnA so it makes it hard to contact them and you'll have to be very persistent and annoy them with emails because technically they should at least answer your emails at the very least if not, change the status of your order to "payed" or "payment confirmed"...Good luck and wish you the best.
       
    4. Thanks for the advice dreamer! :) They finally got back to me this morning and changed my status, but they gave me a mini heart attack yesterday. @_@ I'll definately keep your info in mind when it gets close to shipping, just in case.
       
    5. Hi, i recently ordered a outfit on nDoll.com. But as i was going to pay i had some problems and couldnt... Then the next day i was going to try again but im not sure if my orders been cancelled or not... Cause the status had changed into "Did not pay" and the cancel order button not avaiable anymore ;C i really want that outfit tho but i cannot re-order cause after me ordering it, it got out of stock and it still says out of stock... Do anyone know if nDoll answer their emails? Cause i emailed them on their mail [email protected], asking if i still could pay but havent receieved any answer yet. Should i take the chance and still pay or keep waiting for a reply? I really would like to get that outfit q__q
       
    6. The last time I e-mailed them they were quite slow answering, but that was a couple of years ago.
       
    7. nDoll's response to emails can either be a miss or hit. The best advice I could give you right now is to send them at least 2 emails per day and state your problems, and also provide the information on the outfit itself (such as the number/name/code etc..or a confirmation number that they gave you after submitting your order).     9. You might get more responses if you made your title more specific, plus it would help anyone searching for similar information. "Help please T-T" is too vague. "Problem paying on ndoll website" or something similar would be more useful. I wouldn't have even bothered reading your thread if I had known it concerned ndoll, because I don't know anything about them at all. So I'm afraid I can't help you.
       
    10. Oh gosh, I just did the same thing because my computer blocks pop-ups. :doh I sent them an email already, hopefully things will work out . . .

      EDIT: My status now says "Ready for Shipment" and the Paypal window no longer pops up . . . I hope this means it's been resolved!
       
    11. The last time I e-mailed them was a couple of months ago, they never answered me... Try to spam them with mails, perhaps it will work and check the website for updating !
       
    12. Well, a week later my status still says "Ready for Shipment" . . . if it's ready, why don't they ship it? :?

      EDIT: Now says "Delivery Completed" and I have a tracking number!

My order is still in "Ready for shipment" status since August 1st.....but it´s not yet shipped....why?......i send them several emails and i did not get any answer from them....does anyone know if they are in summmer vacation or something like that?.....i start to think in to start a claim through paypal. T_T
       
    14. IratxeEowyn, my tracking number finally went active today, so I don't think they're on break. Of course, I ordered on August 4th, so their turnaround time is not stellar . . . and I only ordered a dress. :sweat
       
    15. Still no word from them. I don´t understand....i usually have made other orders with them and i never had this problem....does anyone know what´s happening or has the same problems?
