I've ordered a msdoll head from nDoll on 7 August. When I checked my order status yesterday (11 August), it said that my parcel's status is Delivery Completed. But when I tried tracing my parcel on EMS Korea using the parcel no. nDoll gave, I'm not able to find any info on my parcel. Tried on my local post website, too. Nothing. Is it too early to start panicking yet? I've never had problems with parcels from other companies before...
If the package just shipped (or if it was packed up and labeled on the 11th in Korea, but not handed off to the mail service until the morning of the 12th, which is possible) often the tracking number won't show up with any information yet. It's early afternoon on the 12th in Korea right now...so there's a good chance that some info will update soon. If it still comes up with no info a couple days after it was stated as shipped, then you should check with nDoll to make sure they gave you the correct number.
Thanks for the quick reply! The thing is, I'm not sure when was it that nDoll had updated the item's status to 'Delivery Completed', since I only checked the order status yesterday. If it was on Monday, then it's been two days since they've shipped it out. ._. It's 1.30pm, 12 August where I am. I checked the feedback threads for nDoll; it appears that this has happened to 2 or 3 other buyers. Ack.
I don't think you should panic just yet. I've bought both a full doll and two heads from nDoll on seperate occassions and never had a problem recieving my items from them. I would say give it a couple more days and if your tracking number still doesn't work/the head does not show up, then shoot nDoll an email with your concerns. Good luck
Oh! Just received word from nDoll. The staff said that my parcel will be sent out tomorrow. Still, I find it strange that they mark the status as 'Delivery Completed' when it isn't even sent out... Thanks, InkyBear and Acnthiel!
I've ordered a few accesories from ndoll on 15th July. Two days later status of my order changed for "Delivery completed" and on website appeared tracking number. Today is 1st August. Today I can't yet tracking my parcel on Korea EMS. I wrote to nDoll two e-mails to [email protected] , but they didn't answer. I'm very worried... What should I do? Is there any other way to contact with them? I saw that they don't Q&A.
I tried placing orders before and I came to realise that although the status of my order was changed to "delivery completed" with a tracking code provided .....I need to wait for days and most likely,on fridays then it would be available ....It doesn't matter which day the order was placed,I will still need to wait till the coming friday to check on it.It takes roughly a week for my stuffs to arrive....
I'm bumping this up because I'm having the same problem. I placed an order on 11/19, and on 11/26 the status of the order changed to "Delivery Completed" and an EMS number was posted. It's now 12/06 and the EMS number doesn't work at all regardless of where I try to trace it from, and nDoll haven't replied to any emails. Help? :[
^ I'm in a similar situation and nDoll said actually they will be shipping out on the 15th of December or something : I think they pack and label everything before they ship them out.
I'm having a similar issue! I placed and paid for my order during their wig sale and because I'm in the US I was forced to use the Express EMS which is 3-5 days. Well it's now the 12th and my order hasn't even moved, no tracking number or even that they're getting ready for delivery. They have also not answered my emails. What email address did you use? I read in another thread that the gmail one they use for paypal doesn't work.
The other time this had happened to me, I'd left ndoll a message n their Q&A thread. From what I'd gathered of he answer I'd received, it seems like ndoll giving you a tracking number does not mean that they have already sent out your item, just that it's being prepared to be sent. Leaving a message on their site to ask is a good idea.
I'm not able to see a Q&A section on the English version of the site as someone else already said. I also can't write in Japanese to post a question on that board.

Yeah, they haven't said anything to me yet. I'm going to give them till the end of the month since someone else mentioned they might send out their order on the 15th hopefully the same might work for me. Thank you Bunniesteffi for the email and that's the one I used. I'm giving them till the end of the month then I have to file a claim with paypal before the time is up to file. I'd rather have my items, and I'm never going to order from them again.
Has anyone heard from them yet? They did respond to my email about 11 days ago assuring me my package would be sent out the previous week. I'm going to send them another email and give them till the 22nd to either respond to my email or send out my items. Then I'm filing a claim with Paypal before the 30th. I dunno if my claim will freeze their account or not so I thought to ask here.
^ a friend of mine just got their reply after quite a few days, today. Saying that they would mail out her items next week. I really do hope that they give you a reply soon! >_<
I wouldn't even buy that next week crap because they don't mean it. And just like Bunnisteffi the tracking number they gave me doesn't work. Let alone that I noticed they're getting ready to send it to the wrong address. @ AianeHayashi, limedragon, & megomobile Did you guys get your items?
V Chan> Yes I did. They actually sent it earlier because I received the items on the 11th of Dec . I didn't bother to keep track of it because of what they told me lol. I also know someone who got items late last week. It's quite strange that they're not giving you any updates :/
I got my parcel on the 17th... ndoll told me they would ship my parcel on the 10th, but ended up not shipping it until the 14th.
They told me it's going to take 5-7 days for my package to arrive. Defiantly not what I paid for in shipping. I'm glad you guys got your stuff!
U know I don't usually have problems with ndoll. The tracking number doesn't work until they actually send it. But it will track once they actually send it. That sucks that people are having problems with it though.
I'm still waiting for ndoll to send my stuff... I ordered something in November and ndoll told me that the stuff would be shipped in the third week of December but not... This is my first time buying from ndoll and I'm worried about that=__=
It was my first time buying from them as well. And I won't be doing it again. If you are still within your paypal claims period I would suggest you file a claim. I threatened them with filing a claim and that when magically they could respond to my emails the same day. I don't know how much you spent but that's what I'd do at this point. Email them and let them know that's what you doing so that they respond to you. Make sure you up it in the title. I ordered at the 1st and just to got my stuff the 24th. I had to keep emailing them and then threaten them. So that's what I'd advise to you. I'm never ordering from them again tho.

I think that today (28th December) is the day they shut down until after New Years......until January 4th. I have emailed them about my order, too. I dont expect to get an answer until next year. I am getting kinda antsy about it because it's coming to the 45 day mark (for a paypal claim).
You need to file a claim, seriously. They can answer the claim and resolve the issue but if you don't file it Paypal will give you a hard time after the 45 days. They're giving all the people that ordered from Unidoll a hard time right now from what I've read on the forum. Better safe than sorry and if they respond to you before hand you can close the claim. I don't know how much money you've put out but I wasn't willing to lose any. I worked to hard for it! It's the items or the money period. I know other companies are up and running so, plus it isn't posted on there site anywhere on the english side. So, I don't think know if they're any different. Did you use paypal? If you did and you're not to close to your 45 days I'd send the email and give them a two days to respond. OR demand your money back.
This is very disappointing.... I have never had to put in a paypal dispute I'll email ndoll one last time, and tell them that a dispute is my next move. I have no idea about their holidays...only what I found out through google, but if they are on holidays, they should have mentioned it on their site
