      I haven't seen a discussion thread for Napi's tinies, Carol and Maron, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to start one. ^_^

      I absolutely love Napi's tiny sculpts. I got a Carol head from the last pre-order and I recently found a suitable body for him so he's finally complete. Here he is:

    4. @slsky8 He's on a Soom Teenie Gem body. Resin match is almost 100% and the body poses great too. I don't know how often Soom NS changes but their 2016-2017 NS is a perfect match. I really hope you can get a Carol in the future. I might cave in and get another one if Napi does another round of pre-orders. I really love this sculpt. :whee:

    9. I've actually seen many Carol owners using the Volks body however the resin match isn't perfect. I can take a comparison photo for you if you'd like. But proportionally it looks great so if the resin match doesn't bother you, it would definitely work. ^_^

    11. I think Luts' NS is more on the pinker side so it might be a better match but I don't own any Luts dolls so I can't say for sure.

      Here's a quick comparison:

      The newer Volks resin is closer to Napi's NS but it's still a little yellow in comparison. I think Soom matches about 98%. It's definitely the closest match I got. It got a pink undertone just like the Napi NS. Switch NS is also a bit lighter and peachier. Hope this helps. ^_^

      EDIT: I actually found someone on IG who used a Honey Delf body for their Carol head and the match seems to be decent. Here's their IG: ChiCha Thelittletea (@chichathelittletea) • Instagram photos and videos

      I'm in a uber panic mode right now because I saw Napidoll's Kuri, absolutely fell in love, but he's sold out. :shudder How does Napidoll work? Do they rerelease their heads?? Sorry if this is a repeated question!

      eta: mvm, I am answering my own question LOL. They said they're planning on rereleasing on February!

    27. @Verena You can order their heads through the message board on their website. Alternatively, you can send them an email. They didn't have the board open when I ordered my Carol so I went with the email. Hope that helps!

    46. Chinese buyers made a group order to Napi, they sent different tan simple. One Chinese dealer open a group order of imda tan Carol and Maron, one dealer is luts brown. There are also three personal group for Iphouse peach gold, soom tan and I forget the other one.

    48. Search: DOLK指环果汁 BJD娃店 on Taobao, this dealer is for imda tan Carol and grey Carol. They also have faceup simples. They also offer imda tan and grey body from some legit Chinese doll companies. Notice that the imda tan only have 23 leftover and grey is only 20. And you still need to wait for Napi to make the head(this two skin color open on March and ended on April, you already save some waiting time.) For body, I personally recommend df-h, I have one for miadoll Ginger. BTW, since the heads from Napi is not perfectly match the simple heads made earlier. Tan Carol is darker than initial simple and grey looks like purple. Their page has comparison. The faceup version is the color buyers will get.
      BJD 山贼的大本营 is for luts brown, they also have brown sleeping Carol, but I didn't see their head simple. Maybe you can ask them for the simple.

      Also, I have gone thru most of the posts that discussed about the body for Carol, including this. Unfortunately, the thread may not be active :...( As I can see that Carol would fit on Soom Teenie Gem, Luts Honey Delf and Volk YoSD mostly (and etc..). However, do you have more options and your most favorite body for Carol?

    58. My Carol is on a Fairyland LittleFee body. It fits perfectly. However, the body is quite yellowed so that makes colors match well. I'm not sure how well a new Fairyland body would match.
