MYou tinies discussion - Part 2

Don't have any yet, but I'm DYING to get their mature 1/6th called Bettina. She's absolutely stunning.

 

I don't have both for those but my Myou 27cm can wear Honey Delf clothes. The 30cm can wear Honey Delf dresses but bottoms may not fit. My 30cm can actually wear Kid Delf shorts.

 

I got my little Alan late last night. Poor baby spent the night in my mailbox but he is now in comfy warm pjs meeting the other guys.

Congrats @SteamWitch, Alan is such a beautiful little guy, tanned resin suits him really well! I wish I could get mine this year too, but looks like I'll have to keep my fingers crossed they won't discontinue him before I can get one. DX

 

Figured I'd toss this pic in here since it's mostly my Myou tinies. I've gotten mutliple of them this year and it's safe to say that I'm obsessed. The triplets, blond boy, and red haired girl on the chair are all Myou. :>

 

Oh my goodness! Who are the two cuties sitting on the floor on the bottom left?

 

I have a Myou 30cm Delia and a Honey31 Delf Ani. They both are wearing yosd dresses. I dunno if this helps at all. I believe the Honey31 Delf can wear the same clothing as the 26cm Honey Delfs. Clothing will just be shorter.

Those are two little hyrbids. Left is an Element Doll Pitt C head on a 2DDoll body and right is a Dollsbe Mango head on a Pipos PO-11 body.

 

Does anyone know if 8mm or 10mm would work for the 1/6 Myou Gina mature mini? I'm having a hard time finding a 9mm silicon eye mold for her.

 

I just got my Gina, and she came with the tiny iris, no pupil, purple eyes in the pictures. I found 10mm and 8mm eyes too big, and put in 6mm acrylic eyes. Those look fine. I've decided there's no reason to get expensive glass or silicon eyes, when you really can't tell the diff at that size. On the other hand, 16mm eyes need to be high quality.

 

@Chraurelius Thank you for the information! I'm going to have to give 6mm a try. My Gina came with eyes that had no pupils as well, and they still look so pretty. I prefer it that way.

@SaltedPretzel it's not a great picture, but I have Myou xiaobudding 30cm and I have a HoneyDelf Madeliene on the type 5 body. it's chunkier than the type 3 (multibody). I'd definitely say that the 30cm can share tops with the hdf but not bottoms. I have to use slim msd bottom patterns that I alter for length. i just can't get yosd pants over those hips.

 

My Vieruodis in coffee arrived in the mail today! Her little pointy ears, I can't...I asked MYou to paint the bottom eyelashes shorter than the original faceup. I'm hoping to have enough time and energy to make her a little elf crown and outfit. I'm still waiting for her boots. Her eyes are from EnchantedDoll and the wig is from Maskcat. If you are looking to add an elf tiny to your collection, she's definitely worth it imo!

Odd pairings – possible offspring for FIDs

 

I have received my Bettina last week, and I am absolutely amazed by how well she poses right off the box? The engineering has me blown away, she can take so many poses and hold them easily, she stands perfectly, and she's just so damn pretty too!
Now I want a dozen more myoudoll tinies, and I hope they continue making those mature tinies because they're just amazing

I don't know why it never occurred to me to try slim mini clothes on my 30cm Doudou, I was despairing about how in the world I was gonna dress her lmao! She and my poor Lati Green boy are the size misfits of my crew, lol.

 

I recently tried glitter girl outfits, they are like Wellie Wishers and tops and socks fit but pants are super hit or Miss.

 

Wellie Wishers and Glitter Girls are close to msd sized. My msd can wear that stuff but WW/GG has shorter limbs. Dresses and t-shirts are best options.

For the 30cm pear body, rRabbit msd shorts are prob the best fitting bottoms I've found. They have elastic along the back so can fit with no mods, and getting shorts means they're not too long. I have some of their msd overalls and can adjust the straps to fit my 30cm perfectly.

 

Vieruodis arrived Tuesday after Easter, and I am enchanted by her.

 

I put all my Myou dolls together for a photo finally. So here's my 5 tinies and 1 big baby from them. (Nina, Xiaobuding, Delia, Xiaobuding, Doudou, and Matcha.)

 

Hi all! I'm still waiting on my Myou Reid and Vieruodis to arrive, but I'm looking at what doll clothes will fit the Myou mature minis. Anybody happen to have tried Petworks 1/6 men's or Momoko clothes on their Myou?

 

I received my Bettina yesterday. She is a fantastic doll. She came with purpleish color eyes that she will be keeping because I cannot find the other small eyes I purchased. She poses like a dream and she can wear a lot of 12inch fashion doll clothes so I don't need to sew for her. Finding shoes that fit is going to take time. I tried to do her face up today and it didn't work out so I will try again another day.

Im planning to buy Myou doll Gina. With 3.5cm foot size. What type of shoes should I look for with the same size? Can you recommend some shops,websites where i can buy those shoe size? And if you know some shops in aliexpress(if its allowed) that sells shoes and clothes that might fit her, it would be much appreciated. I cant use taobao, i cant understand Chinese.
Im always having a hard time looking for my doll's shoes. Clothes and wigs are easier(i can commission someone to make or DIY)

Are you looking for any specific styles? I have a Myou Alan, and he wears more masculine styles

Etsy has been my best finds so far, I look for 1/6 scale shoes and Taeyang shoes, sometimes you can get good dimensions from the descriptions, but I've also taken a couple 'chances' and been pleasantly surprised!
Ruby Red Galleria used to have a few slim 1/6 shoes that I can't seem to find now...drat...but!

here's the shoes I have bought and that fit this foot size well so far

these fit VERY well, and aren't as big and stompy as some other boots (they say they are located in Canada, but these shipped from China and took a bit to get here, very nice though!)

I imagine that these:

would fit as well, and come in more fem colors? but I haven't bought any of that style yet
her shop has a lot of shoe options, so just check the sizes in the descriptions!

I will fully admit, I plan on having a smaller set of feet made for my Myou Alan to change into because I bought some really great sneakers on a chance and they are a fit snug on his factory feet, but cute enough that the effort of swapping feet doesn't bother me!

BTW does anyone use Monique wigs for their tinies? I've used 2 now that both look really odd and square at the top of the head, but I've seen them look great on other (bigger) dolls. I'm gonna keep working on this one because I really like the colors on her

 

30cm Lorina in white skin (with custom Loretta makeup) came today after a 4.5 month wait! I wasn't sure what to expect since I've never ordered from Myou before, and she was an email order with Myou directly. She is very lovely in person and definitely a great value!
Wearing YoSD clothes I made ^^ I've got her in a size 8/8.5 Crobidoll wig and 18mm Sadol eyes. 7/8 wig and 16mm eyes would fit perfectly, but I like the child-like and dreamy look

 

@Cap'n I'm just dying to know the skin colors of your babies. Mind sharing? Still debating whether to get another 30cm or a shorter one of their YOSD line.

Hello I am new to DOA. I have always visited this thread in hopes to see more Myou Mature Tinies.☺️ And now, finally, I have one (Myou Gina in Tan skin) and I am excited to share her with you guys ☺️ Other pics in IG: dollnonymous

 

Honestly I've had the same problem with Monique wigs on my larger dolls too. The wig in my profile pic is a Monique on a Volks SD and I always have to fight with it to sit properly, it's a big production if it ever slips out of place. I actually had the opposite problem, the 6-7 Monique I had on another doll never gave me trouble, but the 8-9 always gives me grief! Maybe it depends on the style itself, the difficult wig is long and the easy-fit one was a short bob.

 

The thing about Monique wigs is that you need the Gold ones from my experience. Those ones fit bjd head shapes much better. The non-Gold lines don't seem to fit properly on a rounded head. I really like the Monique Gold faux mohair wigs for bjd too.

 

Sorry to double post but I finally changed Daizy (Nina) today since probably when she arrived. She'd been wearing the same outfit for months. Really need to get her more cute dresses.

 

Wow I really don't want to triple post but I have a question. I guess no one's posted here in a bit and I can't find a thread specifically for the 1/8 Myou. ;o;

So I have an incoming Tang Tang and am looking around for wigs. Based off the online measurements the head is 4.9inches. Does anyone have a Tang Tang (or possibly another of the 1/8) and can tell me if a 4-5" or a 5-6" fits better?

 

@Cap'n I'd say the 4-5 with how tiny her head is. It's more comparable to the pukifee size than the lati yellow size.

@Cap'n you're welcome! I was actually pretty surprised when my tangtang arrived. The difference in head size between tangtang and rourou is pretty significant. But they're both so cute, I don't know which head scale I like better!

 

Opps, I might have accidentally ordered a Bettina in coffee!! Lol, joking aside, It took me awhile to decide between her and Gina because I really like both girls. My husband, being the ever supportive enabler, said to me "you are going to end up buying both girls, but you can only get one now. When the next sell happens you can get the other one." Which made my decision easier because I was no longer thinking I had to choose between them.

I plan on doing her faceup myself. I ordered eyes for her and I think I'll try making a wig. It's something I've always wanted to try out. Of course, that means I'll have to wait until she arrives so that it'll fit perfectly. I will also make her wardrobe. I'll probably start with basic pieces that should be easy enough to construct with her measurements.

I'm super excited. I've wanted a mature tiny for awhile. I plan for her to be my travel companion. I wanted a doll that would be easy to pose and drag around with me. I think she fits the bill perfectly.

Congrats on the incoming tiny! Your husband sounds like a keeper. xD Good luck on the wig and clothes making! If you need some items to fill in a closet, Barbie and Createable World clothes are nice enough quality and can help fill in a closet.

 

I received my Tang Tang and adore her! Even took her shopping with me at a craft store. I'm going to make her into a little fairy (17cm is her true size) named Coquelicot. So when I saw this little cabinet I had to get it to turn into her fairy hut home.

 

@Cap'n - Thank you! My husband has always been very supportive of this hobby I'm very lucky in that regard. I was thinking about obtaining some things. I've never heard of Createable world. I'll look into it.

Tang Tang is adorable! I don't have a 17cm Myou doll, but I really would like to get one someday. I think she'll make a lovely fairy. I can't wait to see her fairy hut finished.

 

The Myou 17cm is great! Their body is so lithe, perfect for a fairy or other supernatural beings...

She's still naked, and I'll have to make her another hat, since this one is a size too small. Bones, leaves and whispy fabric all the way!!

I thougth naked means "without clothes", and she is not wearing any... Does underwear count as clothing?

 

Other people might say "nearly naked" or "mostly naked" for a doll in panties. She is cute even without clothes!

 

I'm getting a secondhand male Vieruodis soon but he doesn't come with eyes. I'm trying to find the 9mm eyes listed but so far my search has only come up with 8mm and 10mm sizes available. Can someone show me some comparison pictures of the two?

 

I love Bettina and Gina, and I really want both their fullsets! I'm not sure which to save up for first though...

 

Hey everyone! Yesterday I ordered Vieruodis in tan! She's my first doll from Myou and my first mature tiny! I am overwhelmed! I know nothing about the mature tiny category and have no idea where to start looking for things for her.

I've been scouring the discussion thread and so far I've gathered that clothes - some blythe will fit (might not close in back if it is tight), some barbie will fit. Anything else I should look for?

Shoes wise will blythe fit as well?

Any specific shops I should check on etsy or elsewhere?

Thank you for any advice you can give me! I'm a bit overwhelmed!

If you want some 'cheap' clothing to fill in a wardrobe, check out Creatable World. Their clothes are relatively good quality for a toy doll line and they're all currently on sale on Amazon. I don't know about their shoes though.
